Party City, North Syracuse NY

This store is perfect! Had everything I needed and the workers where extremely helpful and patient! The first time I went a worker named Shane helped me, and we was so nice. When I went back to pick up my order another worker who helped me and was OUTSTANDING! I wish for the life of me I could remember her name but she was working late Friday night, dark hair, a couple tattoos, and just so helpful! There was a problem with my order but she cleared it up for me and she even held the door open for me in a rain storm! Just so I could easily carry all my balloons out of the store. I definitely recommend this place, the staff is so kind!

They need to bring more back. I love party city. Staff is great and always have a good selection of balloons.

I had a horrible experience yesterday and the funny thing is the crew member Brenna was amazing and the General Manager, amanda (i think that’s her name) was terrible! I went in there and asked to take an order and pay for Disney Car balloons for my son’s second birthday next week and she was so rude. She didn’t even let me finish my sentences and screamed at my fiance asking what the number was on the balloons. Then she proceeded to say they didn’t have any in stock. And told me that i need to go look in the aisle after i did. She just had TERRIBLE customer service and just a plain attitude. And i won’t be going there again. It is seriously so sad that she is a general manager. Thank god she has decent crew members because its a mad house there.

Very uncomfortable with the fact that not one person followed the 6ft rule there ligit was alot of people on halloween and everyone was tight up on everyone.

Registers wouldn't work.and walking out in a cloud of employee cigarette smoke didn't make the experience better

Staff was helpful but you should check to make sure the store has what you want in stock before you go. I couldn't get several items I specifically went for and drove 40 minutes to shop there. I didn't check my receipt yet either to make sure I got the sale prices. I spent a lot on candy I could have gotten cheaper in bulk on Amazon. Just decided that I wanted a last minute Candy Buffet for my nieces graduation party and there are limited options around here. A lot of the colors I needed were out of stock too.

I love their Halloween costumes and decorations I go there every year to get something new for Halloween.

Northern lights store is full and well kept the dewitt store is very empty and employees are not that friendly.

Absolutely can't under stand when your company has a deal on there web page but refused to match it in store

The products were good, the main drawback is that the balloons shown aren't always what they are selling.
We went today for our daughters 2nd birthday and the one ballon she really wanted and picked on the wall they didnt have anymore, they just never changed the one shown.
Now, she's awesome and was still happy with an alternative, but it could have been terrible if she wasnt so cool about it.

We had a similar situation when we wanted the announcement baloon years ago, they didnt have what was shown.

A well organized place. Very helpful staff. Found everything I needed and in a timely manner. Fair prices and good quality.

Party City is a great place to go if you need a costume or are planning a celebration of any kind.

It's a nice store with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. During Halloween season you can't everything you would ever need for a "killer" Halloween party as well as costumes. Plus this place has banners and supplies for any celebration from birthdays to retirements.

Wide variety of party needs at this store. I love it here. It could use some remodeling because its old as hell, but it's the product that counts.

Has a great variety. The store seemed a little cluttered with the clearance area right in the first aisle. The cashier was friendly.

Great for last minute costumes.party favors are very over priced most favors can be found in local dollar Store usually multiple of same item for a dollar as in 2 for a dollar

Tons of party accessories. Basically whatever occasion you're hiring, they'll have it. Very few staff members can make it difficult if you need help locating an item.

I called the store to see if they had a particular item in stock and was told that they did. I said are you sure this exact product is in stock and the associate said 'I'm looking at it right now. ' I went to the store 10 minutes later and was told that not only did they not have it, they hadn't had it in stock in a while. I don't appreciate being lied to.
