Just now ordered a gender reveal balloon and the staff was so amazing and had it ready for us at curbside pickup in 5 minutes! Thank you so much for being so helpful and accommodating, we appreciate you!

Denied entrance due to covid unless i have appointment. Then was told I cannot purchase helium only without their product on the spot. Something was fishy so I walked. Got helium at a florist.

Gave 1 star because I couldn't give less girl at register 7pm with glasses was rude &disrespectful. As we reached the line to pay she walked away leaving my family, & other customers stranddd.

Dope store! They have a lot of things for every theme possible.this place will make you want to have a party.

This is one of the best Party City locations I've visited. The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is neat/organized and they usually have whatever you need for a gathering if any kind. It gets busy during the holidays so go early to avoid lines.

Cashier and manager didn't honor price I was given online for my pick up order, and has nerve to say "it's tax".

Completely uncomfortable knowing the level of incompetence with the way my transaction was handled, not just by the manager, but the initial person as well, the cashier, who either didn't want to make her manager look wrong, or was on the "manager's" same level of thinking.

Huge selection of stuff, but why is there candy and a bunch of other stuff just thrown on the floor in every aisle?

If you are planning any event story by party city for decorations, items, small gifts. Lots of choices and aisles by different occasions to make it easier to shop.

My won experience that, there are so unhelpful store. They are not helpful stuff in there. They doing them selfs rest room out off service. I am not going any more in this store.

It's great I am 11 years old and for my second time going it was amazing because you can get 15 candies for a $1 and there is no damages

Nice clean store. Everything well organized and stocked. Bathroom door a little hard open so just pull hard. Bathroom has baby changing table.

Not only does the two-story store have fantastic costumes and accessories, but the owner Sophia and stylist Glen are awesome! Sophia is friendly, and fun. Glen knows his costumes, and worked with me until we found the perfect outfit for my husband and me for an 80s party. He even gave me pointers as to where to source what they didn't have in-house, and how to do my hair and make-up. Shopping with Glen was both fun and productive.

I will be back for every costumed occasion.

I have to say when I visited this store, I did not ask for help. I browsed the entire store. There were a lot of party goods. I found fun things. Everything that one needs for a party is here. On the expensive side.

Who doesn't like a party. And this is the perfect place to pick up what you need. They are always well stocked but especially around Halloween. It's a fun experience just to look at all the costumes and decorations. Also prices are low even found candies at 15 for a dollar. You can't beat that.

They had what I was looking for and everything is well organized and color coded the staff was helpful during my visit
