I went from a fantastic experience with Chantal Ellis, the intake analyst, to an unresponsive and unprofessional experience thus far, with Esmerelda Ramirez the para legal! They are slow. And the least personable lawyers spoke with. When get work done they good. But don't take personally the no care attitude. I have a 2nd and 3rd injury but I think I will choose another law firm

So far ok. Did provide me with much more realistic picture of filing for social security disability.
