At fist my experience was not great. The original paralegal assigned to me was awful and never answered the phone. He was subsequently replaced by Marisa Arriga, whom is dedicated, fast, professional and wonderful. She made my experience do a 360! Minimal interaction with my OT

Will never work with this lawyer office ever again. I had no one fighting for my case spoke to the paralegal on my case one time and every time I called he was never available so happy I'm going to find another lawyer because this was not it.

Can't get any sort of information from anyone and no matter how many times or when I call, they tell me the paralegals are at lunch every single time. I can't even get responses to emails. I wouldn't use their service again if they were the last law office on Earth.

They kept me informed, always able to speak with someone everytime I reached out to them. VERY satisfied with their work.

It truly depends on who you have as a para & lawyer, wishing my para was my lawyer because the one assigned to my case NEVER answers the phone and doesn’t explain any of her actions. She seems very annoyed! Ms Medina has walked me through so much of my case I swear I wish she was my lawyer! Walk no RUN AWAY from this firm, they only care about numbers and that’s exactly what you will feel like not to mention they are extremely expensive! I gave 2 stars only for Cindy Medina she goes above and beyond!

I have to say that going into an injury situation is very stressful and scary. I was very anxious before and after my spinal fusion surgery. My Paralegal, Sherly Romero, really helped explain everything to me, and helped put my mind at ease with having to be out of work.
