I highly recommend this Law Firm because the Attorneys, Paralegals, and other staff members are all very welcoming. The entire staff demonstrates high standards, respect to all and integrity.

I think it’s important to share this review, although I am not a client I am a former employee. And while I see great reviews on how pleased some people are I can attest to the fact that there are way more displeased clients. I have already posted a review elsewhere and it’s important people understand while there may be some great attorneys here, the management is absolutely terrible. In specific, June Farrell and Maria Hodzic are the absolute worst managers I have ever had. Condescending, rude, disrespectful. They have no regard for their workers and the fact that we are all human and indeed things do happen on a daily basis. You are worked like a machine, expected to answer phone calls non stop and are even monitored with how long and often you use the restroom. The lunch break is a joke. This is a sweat shop. Many workers (myself included) would cry every other week, especially because some of us needed this work due to our financial situations. I am so very disappointed at the fact that the attorneys could careless about what’s going on in these offices. I have had instances where I was absolutely humiliated in front of colleagues because if they (management) are having a bad day, then you need to have a bad day too. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Behind the fake smiles, these favoritism, nepotism and absolute disrespect. And of course a review like this will be ignored or even disregarded, but all of the employees working here can absolutely attest to this, unless of course they’re too busy kissing up to be in good graces with these horrible women.

Jackie Maldonado was my representative during my proceedings and she was very professional. Whenever I had a concern she was there to answer any of my issues and questions in a quick and courteous way. I would strongly recommend this law firm to handle your case.

I regret using this law firm and very disappointed I will never recommend any body to use this garbage law firm, 99.9% of the workers there don’t know what they doing and not professional at all. Very rude and unprofessionals, yes I feel like they are working for the carrier but not me. It’s a waste law firm.

This place is as clueless as they come. Took my mother here for a Workers Comp case she had going on and not once did they ever return her calls, she never got in touch with anyone she tried to contact including her paralegal and her lawyer, and she never at any point was called to be told what was going on with the case as far as possible court appearances and settlements. I wish I could rank them 0 stars. Don't waste your time with this place.

I was not satisfied with anything this office did for me. My representative had no clue about my case or information about me. When my legal aide was Steven Prado, they were in constant communication with me and then he was replaced and I didn't here from them until the day of my case. The representative Mercurio was not knowlegable and therefore could not supply simple answers to the judges questions. 1 star is way to much approval for what they did for me and my work injury. Wish There was a way to give them zero stars. I should've listened to my friend who was represented by them and said I would regret it.

This firm has been my legal representatives for over 15 years. Jasmine Reed paralegal from the Bronx office has been and is an excellent legal advisor within her work capacity. The company attorneys that represent me at court are well informed passionate and diligent. I have recommended this Law Firm to my co-workers family and friends and they have been overwhelmingly satisfied, compensated, and as appreciative as I have been.
