Doctor Patel has been my doctor for last 10 years and he is probably the most knowledgeable, practical and most understanding doctor. Our entire family goes to him. He takes his time to
Ask you questions, understand your problem and then he will explain why he is suggesting the treatment plan, I have never seen a doctor so patient. I highly recommend him.

The doctor is excellent and the medical staff is very patient and nice!

I am updating my review. Dr. Patel is wonderful. His newer staff is a bit rudely at times but his level of expertise, bedside manner, and professionalism exceeds every doctor I have seen in my over 4 decades of life. I cannot imagine another doctor I would trust more. I can give him a timeline of events and he listens. And he knows what to do next and leads you to take control of your health.

He is so great that I have recommended friends from other boroughs and coworkers and they all have stuck with him. He is worth taking a trip to because if you are serious about your health you want someone who is serious about it as well.

Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and professional. He is patient in explaining what needs to be understood. Very few Drs. Like him.
His staff are kind and polite. I will definitely be sticking to this office.

The doctor is terrific but they really do need to train their staff better. The front receptionist was so rude when I asked her to repeat the information over the phone because her background noise was so loud. She said in a super degrading voice "DID YOU NOT HEAR WHAT I JUST SAID? ! I TOLD YOU BEFORE". Please train her how to handle customers better! I would not have asked again had I heard it clearly the first time! Also, they should handle the privacy act better. I could hear another person saying other patient's personal information in the background!

Dr. Patel has been my primary care physician for 5 years. He is incredible. I could list all types of accolades and attributes. Mostly I am really happy to have found a great doctor in New York City.

He's fantastic, but he needs better assistants their way of dealing with their clients is horrible, very rude, and unprofessional. I had thought many times of changing my doctor but had stayed just because of the doctor he needs better assistant people that know how to deal with people, especially sick people. I didn't give it five stars only because of the way the people in the front talk to your clients.

Dr. Patel has a very humble attitude that a patient needs to see. Takes his time listening and never rushes to check and explain to his patient of his concerns. I am grateful to find this kind of doctor, and I don't mind waiting longer in the waiting room, because I know he is just taking care of his patient which he is going to do the same for me.

Very compassionate and understanding. He truly cares about every patient. He treats my entire family! Wait is sometimes long but I guess thats expected when youre the best.

In this day in age it is extremely difficult to find a physician like Dr. Patel. He genuinely cares for his patients and will listen to their concerns. I applaud and appreciate his professionalism.

Dr. Patel is an excellent clinician. I've been a loyal patient of his since 2007 because he provides an excellent bedside manner, is very knowledgeable, and his staff work hard to get you an appointment, even if it is last minute. He is a lovely person, one I would continue to see in the future.

Dr. Patel is warm, caring and patient. I am totally convinced that he was born to be a doctor because he is totally natural in his role and you will know it while under his care. You do usually have to wait but now you understand the reason for it. ;)

Dr. Girish is caring and easy to work with. I had some complicated things to explain and he was very very helpful. The office staff is a bit slow.

I was really sick and was able to get in to see Dr. Patel that day. Even though I got an appointment, I still had to wait about 45 minutes in the office. He was a very nice, helpful doctor. I had a difficult time understanding the receptionists over the phone and in person. Bring cash for your co-pay. I only had a card and they had me walk 3 blocks to an ATM even though I was very very ill.

Great caring old fashioned family physician. He checked on my mother in the hospital every single night while she was dying. Dr. Patel is a very popular doctor and the waiting room is crowded and I'm likely to sit 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment.
I say he is worth waiting for.

An excellent doctor and a very caring human being. There are issues with the physical environment of the office, but that wouldn't stop me from seeing Dr Patel.
