Normally this place is decent. Not the best but not the worst. I went there today and this lady had a horrible attitude filling out paper work, throwing my blood tub on the table and carelessly cleaning the local site. She stuck the needles on the bottom of my forearm. I never had blood drawns from there. The local site is now bruised. This photo is only 4 hours after the blood draw. She also carelessly rubbed the alcohol pad, barely even cleaning my skin before injecting the needle. Don’t come here. I will be calling there office tomorrow.

We commuted by bus 40 minutes to this place and 40 minutes back. The woman at the counter refused to see us even though we arrived before 6pm and had an appointment. The website states the hours are til 7pm. She was uncaring, unkind, and clearly not following office procedures.

The worst lab, I’ve ever been to, such terrible service. Very rude and unprofessional people, they don’t really bother about patients, gives minimum details about test procedures, minimal English speakers, wouldn’t go back there.

Avoid the lab at Queens Crossing. My mom and I went there. It was very crowded, and no social distancing in the building. The lab workers are not only very RUDE but also unprofessional. One of the women from that lab screamed at us, for we do not understand Chinese. My mom got bruises from drawing blood.

They let me schedule an appointment on Labor Day but their offices were closed when I came by on that day. They need to be better about making their online schedule accurate so people can get testing.

Please AVOID this location, if your doctor sends their orders here please tell them to send it elsewhere because the people working here are ill-mannered. Not to mention their inability to listen or show sympathy. Front Desk staff is not communicable nor has any respect for patients. All they do is giving you a hard time and making you feel belittled. Customer service at this location is non-existent.

Come to this center if you are ever craving frustration, rudeness, and a complete lack of empathy

今天抽血人員,工作態度不好,技術很差,針口很痛,也比以前大,8個小時後仍然紅腫。
Do not go there to draw blood, one of the technician is with bad skill. She made you more pain and having a big needle hole, still swallow after 8 hours

I've been using this facility for many years. What I describe belib have never changed. The individuals taking blood are very efficient. The only complaint Is about their bathroom: no paper towel or soap, and no flat surface. Many go there not just to take blood but to give urine n stool samples. U get what i mean.

I wish i could have give them no star at all. The girl in the front desk in a blue scrubsuit with a short hair and a little bangs is very rude. Her face is just so annoying like she hates her job, like she doesnt want to assist her client/patient. If you don’t like your job then you better quit! Very very rude!

All staff over there are super nasty and rude, not only one time but all the time. They all have very rude attitude every time a customer comes into the lab for services. If there is an option for negative score, they definitely deserve negative 100.

Easy to see right off of 38th Avenue servicing Flushing and the adjoining areas of New York city. Parking on the street is available but it fills up fast especially on the weekends. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Very accommodating Staff. No public restrooms. We will definitely be going back.

Rude and Unprofessional. Took my mom (elderly) to get a blood test. The two technicians were chatting at the front (about what they did in their personal life last night, nothing to do with work, in Mandarin). There were no other patients there except us. After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked if someone can help us. One of the technician turned to me with a nasty face, and said just wait. I asked wait for what, for whom, there is NO ONE here besides us. Reluctantly, the other technician said to the nasty one in Chinese, lets talk later, I'll take her in. Which means, that they could do the job, but was just chatting.
But it gets worse. The lady that took my mom in couldn't find my mom's veins, and was twisting the needle inside my mom's arm. Tears was coming out of my mom's eyes. I asked for another technician, but she kept saying she can do it. After another minute, I told her to stop. The nasty nurse came in and took over the blood test. It took her two seconds.
So this place is not only rude and unprofessional, some of them are not properly trained. If it wasn't for the fact that my insurance requires me to go to BioReference, I'd avoid it like a plague.
Currently I go to the one in the city on 14th street. They are pretty good.
