I recently punched a hole backing up in the rear corner of my f150 and was very discouraged in my first 3 attempts to even have it looked at much less get any estimate/advice as for a repair from any other local shops…Well, I went to Patton’s and spoke with a VERY KIND fellow named Dan who assured me they could take care of my truck and to come back the next morning and make an appt.with Mr. Patton. Well, not only did he have an estimate, I was lucky enough to actually leave my truck for repair that very same day? AND on Memorial Day weekend!
Well, Mr Patton called me the following week a day earlier than was estimated and when I saw the work they did I was very happy! It was as if I never had any incident at all.
So I think it goes w/o saying that I was more than pleased and satisfied with the whole, very quick work done at Patton’s.

Took my car to Patton’s my insurance recommended this place George Patton is an easy going guy nice to talk to he walked me through the entire process and explained everything he even helped me secure a rental car and advised me to revise my insurance deductible to help me in case there was a future accident my car came back looking brand new these guys do great work I had a great experience with Patton’s

This place is where you should go to fix your car after accident. The owner went beyond and above with whole process. Very nice approach to customer, very good contact, up to date information where we are with car repair, parts order etc. So, very nice experience, strongly recommended!

My new 2022 Chevy 2500HD truck was hit on the rear side in a parking lot. I brought it to a local body shop. They seemed uninterested as it isn't a large job and told me they would get me an estimate. After 2 weeks.no estimate. I drove to Patton's Auto Body Shop. The Representative there stopped what they were doing and immediately started checking the damage and then went inside and produced a written estimate for me to give to my insurance company. After having the insurance company's person come to my home and perform their estimate, I brought my truck back to Patton's Auto Body to have the work done. The owner, George, called me and kept me advised as to the status of my truck. It happened that during the repair additional damage was discovered. George called my insurance company, provided all needed paperwork, including pictures, and had the additional funds released. He handled the whole issue leaving me to just wait for the completed job. In record time my truck was repaired to as good as new condition (you can't tell it was ever hit) and I was called and informed it was ready for pickup. When I picked it up I was taken into the shop area to drive it home. I was surprised to find that the entire work area was so clean you could eat off the floor! To say that this was a positive experience and I highly recommend Patton's Auto Body Shop is an understatement! My thanks to George Patton and his employees for taking care of my truck in such a professional manner.

Very clean and neat environment.
The whole process from appointment to pick up the car was enjoyable walk in park!
The quality of the job was so high that I couldn’t believe that’s the same car that I dropped off!
They went few more miles to make sure that my car looks it was driven off the showroom!
It there were more room I would give the maximum # off

Our 2018 Prius was in need of fixing some road damage to the front of the car and George was recommended to us. Like so many other reviewers, we found Patton’s Auto to provide first class repair work, very communicative in what was needed as well as cost and time it would take, and was able to get it done in spite of an upcoming holiday weekend to save us rental car fees. George is one of those rare individuals that underpromises and over delivers making us happy customers. We would definitely use him again if we ever find ourselves in the unfortunate predicament of needing this service.

I had an incredible experience at Pattons auto body shop. It was my first time having encountered a situation where my car required extensive repair due to a collision. From start to finish George helped me out every step of the way. He is extremely knowledgeable and very experienced in this business. I highly recommend this auto body shop.

I had a great experience. The owner manages the entire process. Besides making a claim and getting into a rental (which is right next door.super convienient!) I didn't have to do anything. He worked with adjuster directly and provided regular updates. Beautiful work! My vehicle is like new again. Totally satisfied!

These guys did a fantastic job on my car. Had damage to the whole side and front end. When I got it back there was no sign that anything was damaged, looks like a new car! Paint matched perfectly and the replaced panel fitment is top notch. Was about eight days from start to finish which to me was perfect considering the damage. I'd HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing body work on their car.
