They both never hesitated to answer any questions we had. They had floor protectors down before they even did anything and didn’t leave mess when they were done. Last week I was connected to Paul Davis Restoration (via Liberty Mutual) when submitting a claim for water damage to my studio apartment in Chelsea. I received an encouraging email, then within hours, Daniel Evers, the project manager, was onsite to inspect and begin water mitigation. Less than two days later, he and his crew were back and doing the demo with an impressive level of coordination, competency, care and efficiency. It was refreshing to witness the good vibes, mutual respect and camaraderie between all of the crew. Another crew came today to remove debris and equipment, and did so with the same care and efficiency exhibited previously.

Dan Evers is an excellent communicator who has shown great patience, kindness and empathy, when walking me through the steps of remediation. Based on my experience so far, I am relieved and feeling encouraged to be going into the restoration phase with Paul Davis. It started out as a disaster, but because of the level of professionalism I’ve seen over the past few days, I have full confidence in the outcome. Thank you so much, Dan! You have no idea how truly grateful I am for your thoughtful care!

Rob and crew were attentive, responsive, professional and very apparently caring about my folks’ home. They worked with me through messages and calls and carried through the repair of my parents home with me informed every step of the way despite my inability to be physically present. They treated my parents with care and respect and made sure to include them in the process despite the language barrier. They renovated our home to top quality and ensured excellence along the way. I will be using Paul Davis and refer them to all of our friends and family in the future.

We utilized PD's Rob M again for other repair and he again was professional, kind, and responsible. He led his team well and I trust him fully!
