The man owned this business seeking to build, develop vital trust relationship with their customers must meet with people in honest because people who provide it with resources it needs to grow - revenue, advice, capital are more than his ability to run the business. A business thrives or fizzles depending on whether the business is trusted or not. It neglects the fact that when he or she talks to a customer trust is the most important. The advantage is that it gets resources it needs to grow. It withers otherwise in the struggle to get those resources

Good covid precaution measures taken. Massage is very good. Coming twice a week. Ladies in front very nice to patients.

I've been to my fair share of PT offices in Flushing, and this is the best place yet! The front desk receptionists are so kind and helpful, and Dr. Ko knows what he is doing. I love that they have a traction machine for my lower back pain. I've been going consistently and I feel younger than ever. Def recommend this place to my friends and family to visit!

I got into a car accident earlier this year and my mom has recommended me to get my treatment done here. The receptionists were really helpful, they guided me along the way of my case. Overall wonderful experience with the treatments and the employees there. Dr. Ko is the best!

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by multiple "welcome! "s and "hello! "s from the receptionists in the front.
They make sure you're wearing a mask, and sanitize the bottom of your shoes and check your temperature.
You wait until your called, to get a massage, hot-pack.air massage, etc. Some of us get another special treatment if necessary, and you can meet with Dr. Ko for adjusting. Afterwards you feel refreshed and the next day you're probably gonna feel a good typa sore.
Just keep in mind, you have to get your treatment regularly otherwise the results wont have as much effect.
Ima just say, its great.

I came here with my mothers recommendation. 1st i would like to say the staff members get 5 stars, they are super friendly and attentive. I went there 2 times and they already remember you. 2nd i went during the end of covid, so when you walk in they check your temperature and sanitize you with a spray not to mention they gave me a hand sanitizer to take home. My over all experience was super! The massage, the suction cup electronic pulser, oh my lord i could sleep in for forever. My neck feels much better after the doctor cracked it.

The best physician clinic experiences ever, staffs are kind, physicians are professional. As a mechanic, I use my arms and shoulder everyday which caused elbow and shoulder pain. Every time when I visit, it helped alot. Fully satisfied and recommanded to my families & friends.

Not only one star. I have to give them five stars for worst. Desk girls like bums except one skinny girl who work long time here. And doctor doesn't care well patients. 3 years I visit here but no more. I have to change other place. ᕕ (˵•̀෴•́˵) ᕗ
