Theo not the easiest client. The staff put Theo at ease and made it a nice well groomed experience.

On two separate occasions I had an appointment with John, dropped my dog off and received a phone call hours later saying John never showed up. This is completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. John does a great job but is very unprofessional.
