9Multiple times at this location always meet with disrespectful people who are absolutely unclear about working in a professional environment also they often times refuse customers western union transaction without valid reason as if they running some kind of shady operation irs and fbi need to close this franchise down to protect consumers this place need to be reported to better business bureau and consumer affairs please go to alternative location preferably a reputable western union outlet or a reputable authorized dealer.
I hate going during the day line is always long and there’s always people loitering in there and one time there was a man smoking in there it’s gross but I never had a issue with the cashier
The Hispanic Heavy supervisor is very disrespectful and rude i went in to load my prepaid card which i purchased from them he advised me i couldn't later that day my brother and i came back to load the same card and was able to i have proof and will and can provide it
Never a problem when I stop there. The customers are always giving employees a hard time though.
This is really the worst spot on earth. Customer service is trash and they never have western union papers stocked. I guess this what you get in brownsville
First of all, HORRIBLE customer service. The cashiers are so unprepared and unprofessional. I asked the cashier a question and she didn't even bother to answer. The place also had a weird smell.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER A LONG DAY OF Work MY BROTHER WALKED FROM WORK TO HERE TO BE TOLD THEY WAS CLOSED AT 12: 20A. M after opening the swing door! #1 if the swing door is open that means it's open #2 online states open 24 hours so why lie to the customer? I then proceeded to do more research making me realize that they were open called 4 times before an answer and when I finally did I asked are you guys open then she said yes! WHAT THE HELL KIND Of PEOPLE THEY GOT WORKING HERE! #FIRETHEMALL! Now he has to walk back at 12: 43AM wish I could give 0 stars instead of 1!
The worst the cashiers are so rude, n Nasty they have no ppl skills. They always have attitudes n the establishment is so Dirty it smells n trash is always all over the place.it's not safe cause all the homeless ppl sleep n there.
Two lady's there are somewhat unprofessional. I know their carribean due to their heavy accent on numerous occasions when I get handed change back they sort of fling it to the point coins fly out.and they are always with a miserable face.if you don't like your job why be there.other wise no complaints
