Agustin from PC Richard's & Son on the UES was very knowledgeable about the product being sold to me, very attentive and did his due diligence on question questions such as the length, width, and the height of the product.

I buy mini appliances from Pc Richards in the past and have been extremely satisfied.
I recently purchased an air conditioner from Pc Richards on the upper Eastside, and I just want to acknowledge that the sales person was excellent.
Peter Castle was so helpful and accommodating with finding the right air conditioner for my space. He was patient and professional and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and installation.

Be careful with this location they're all about trying to make a sale. I purchased a chromebook and an anti-virus protection that wasn't really needed. Chromebooks don't operate like an actual PC and they're secure so they don't really get viruses. The sales person who sold me the chromebook knew that and let me buy it knowing I didn't need one. Luckily I was able to get my money back. Be mindful and if you feel like you really don't need or want something don't let them talk you into buying it.

Augustine was a very good salesman. If I need anything else I will be sure to ask for him. He deserves a day off!

Merrick was a good help in aiding me with purchasing my two items. His assistance is very much appreciated and I would suggest asking for merrick when you need help with electronics.

My salesman Khalid, took the time to compare the details of the stoves I was considering to find the right fit, options and price. I am a bit of a details specific stickler but he hung in there with me. The stove fit perfectly and I got the lowest price! The delivery men did a great job too. Thank you Khalid!

Got my box spring from this place and couldn't have got a better deal with a warranty. Khalid has to be the best salesman in the store hands down. He even convinced me to come back to get a dishwasher next month.

The update came back to work with Khalid. He helped me with my fridge, dishwasher stove. He never let me down. I also got installation in a timely manner.

Khalid is the best sales man in the store. He helped me get three Air conditioners. I was so stress running around looking for air conditioners and not only did he help with great prices he also delivered them to me the same day.

I’m rennovating my kitchen and I needed some ideas for some designer appliances. I walked in and was greeted by the manager Andrew and he gave me some great ideas on which way to go. I’ll be back in a week with my contractor to finish the purchase.

Mahamadou was of great assistance. Me and my husband purchased a 32 inch tv with 1080 pixels. Unbelievably great picture and price.
