Benjamin who works at PC Richards at the Fordham Road location is a great customer service associate. He went out of his way to get me the products I needed. He heard my concerns and provided me with guidance to make sure I got the correct parts and merchandise I needed, not just tried to sell me something that I wasn't going to used. He is a great peoples person and very good at his job.

Employee worker, Ray, had helped me tremendously and made my experience easy. He was patient and considerate.

Today, I went to purchase a TV for my home. My salesman, Brandon was outstanding! I was so impressed by his level of knowledge. He took the time to explain various models and features of each. Brandon was upfront and honest about the products, and did not push for me to purchase the most costly item like they do in various competitors' stores. I highly recommend purchasing anything from this store, especially if Brandon is your salesman.

My mom’s 25-year-old TV finally bit the dust. Brandon was our salesman and he talked my mom through all the new technology etc.very knowledgeable and I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy, but popped up whenever we had questions. Great experience all around and the salesman Brandon was very good. Would definitely buy from PC Richard again!

Horrible customer service. Also they had security personnel telephone my husband while he was in store asking for his SS# and other personal information. When we asked for a manager, the cashier said that there is no manager.in the store. I called and asked for a manager and that very same cashier got on the phone. Dishonest. Not a good way to do business.

I recently purchased a 75 inch Sony TV from PC Richard. Brandon, helped me every step of the way. He took the time to walk me through a few different TVs I was considering, explaining pros and cons, and listening to my concerns. His friendly demeanor, customer service and product expertise were second to none. And he also secured me the best price out there for this TV. I will be returning to this PC Richard due to my great experience with Brandon.

I like very much the way I was treated by the salesman who was recommended from a family member his name is Brady he took time to explain and answer all my questions, he is very patience and care about the customers. And also when you enter they others salesperson ask you if need help and has good attention too. I recommended.

I came not really looking to buy a tv but to just see what they had. With the amazing knowledge and help of the Brandon I was happy to come home with a brand new 55” LG and new bose bar. I was impressed with the mattress department and will come back to get a new one soon from Mr. Brandon!

I don't usually like to ask for help in businesses like this because the sales people are generally very pushy. However, Brandon was not only extremely professional, but he was knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy at all. I will definitely be back to see him to purchase more appliances for my home!
