Five year ago, I was in the market for a dishwasher and a close family friend recommended that I reach out to Alex Christopoulos because he was a “nice and helpful” representative. I laughed and responded, I hope so because he gets paid to be professional and helpful but soon proceeded to contact him for my purchase. I soon realized that Alex embodied more than professionalism and expertise. He goes to great length to meet the needs of his customers with the appropriate budget friendly merchandise. When appropriate he even advises you when a small increase in budget is necessary for a more quality product or when waiting a week may be the best route. I am extremely satisfied with his level of detail and care and would recommend him to anyone in my position.

My husband and I went in for a wall air conditioner. Unfortunately we had the wrong information on what type of outlet we needed to work with and we bought the wrong AC. Alex was amazing in working with us on an exchange to help get the right one. My husband just lost his father and it is a very difficult time for our family with all of the arrangements and everything awful that comes with losing a parent. Alex made the process bearable and even helped us with a delivery person to pick up the first one and deliver the correct one. We are a PC Richard family now all the way, thanks to Alex. As a sidenote, there was tons of parking and the store was beautiful and spotless. Definitely a five star review for PC Richard from us.
