I was in such a jam the other day. I mean a real jam. The 2 prior days were in the 90’s, and one of the most important air conditioners in the house totally dropped dead. IN THIS HEAT. I called the store with a specific model in mind, but was open to another. I spoke with Alex who was so calm and professional. He said he had the model, he texted the paperwork, I filled it out and paid for it. He told me I would have it in about 3-4 hours, which was extraordinary. Then he texted me back to tell me that he would get it to me even quicker. He was incredibly reassuring because he understood how critical it was to get the ac as quick as possible.

Not only that but before the ac got to my home, the driver called me to tell me he was only 10 minutes away and he would help me carry it into my building.

Extraordinary service. This was all done within
2-1/2 3 hours from the time I called.
Unreal experience.

Great customer service with the sales rep.
I ordered a tv online for store pick up, and when i arrived i made the sales rep that best buy was selling the same item for $10 cheaper so the sales rep price matched and gave me a no hassle $10 refund at it all took less than 10 minutes to pick up my tv and go. Was glad i chose to do business with pc richards. I will definitely do business with them again!

Worked with Carlos (4103) and Aaron (4675) to help me replace my current A/C unit. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different units to make sure I found the right one for my situation. Terrible experience buying here. Ordered a fridge and clearly stated we wanted a right hand door and the salesperson said it would not be a problem. The fridge arrived with the incorrect door. Then on Labor Day weekend, they told us a technician would arrive between 7 am - 7 pm. We waited here all day and just found out no one is coming. Save yourself the trouble and buy your appliances online. At least it will arrive with the correct specifications.

Demora always take the time out to help me whether it’s a pack of batteries or a stove and I am always satisfied wth the service every time

Stood there for 15 minutes no one offered any help. Left without purchasing what i came to purchase.

I had an emergency and the sales associates were very HELPFUL and urgent with my requests. Everyone was so Polite, especially Daniela and everyone in the staff. They made me feel welcomed and special even though I was in a rush with my requests, I will definitely be a returning customer and I definitely recommend this store over Best Buy, Walmart, or staples. I was very impressed by the sense of urgency and I will be returning soon,

Great salesman helped me by opening an items box letting me try it to dee if compatible with my computer and told me to bring it back in 30 days if i decided not to keep it. Good man

They deserve 0 stars. I don't think there has been an electronic store ripping people off for as long as PC Richard & Son has. Save yourself anguish and shop at an electronic store that will give you a refund or exchange. These guys will sell you a crappy item and warranty but fail to mention you have to drive or ship your broken item all the way to their repair center. It's far and shipping large items isn't cheap. I will never shop their again

Garl he’s the guy you need to ask for! Is on point when helping the customer out, knew exactly what I needed and where I needed to go and had the best suggestions. Def appreciates his help ladies and gents he’s the 1st person you see when you walk in so def don’t be shy or prideful to ask for the assistance cause it will def come out smoother and faster than you, just standing there in your phone googling reviews about the product.
