This was my first time in a PC Richards. I visited the Chelsea store seeking a new dishwasher. May my Miele Rest In Peace. Thirteen years is not a bad run BUT right before hosting thirty for Thanksgiving is not my kind of humor. After a valiant attempt to repair, we decided it would be more cost effective to replace. That's where "Myron-man" comes to the rescue. Myron is "iron man" (or at least a man of "stainless steel")

I called ahead to inquire what European models were in stock as the supply chain post-Covid made it very difficult to secure another Miele. Myron could not have been more accommodating. We bought another European brand in a beautiful stainless steel on the spot and the price was better than I expected. There was even an optional service plan that I purchased so if the new unit is in need of repair, PC Richard will make the service call at no extra cost. We are all thankful-my family no longer has to wash dishes. Thanks Myron for helping me make my dirty dishes sparkle. Looking forward to starting a new cycle!

Our experience with everyone in the store was an excellent one! We were assigned John to help us with our purchase, and boy are we glad we had him as a salesperson.
He’s attentive, knowledgeable, caring and polite.

Needed an Air Conditioner in Winter. During Covid. Two strikes, apparently. No Frigidaire Sleeve units in stock. The manager Garrick actually took the time to search for a unit from another store. He and the sales associate, Matthew, were so kind and helpful. With a great sense of Humor to boot! A+. Waiting for the unit to come and the installation. Fingers crossed that both will be as great as this experience.

Awful service. Staff are talking in between themselves and not helping the costumers. They show low interest when assisting you.

Had a great experience with Sal who helped us replace our dishwasher. With inventory low across the country, Sal remained cool, calm & determined to help. He was always available, kept us informed and up to date. After months of waiting, out replacement dishwasher finally arrived thanks to the hard work of Sal & PC Richards!

Bought a new refrigerator and range at the store. My salesperson Myron Gaskins deserves 100 stars. He had to deal daily with my co-op who was very difficult with above normal standards for installation and delivery. He was a very professional and considerate team player and I would recommend using him at your 23rd street store for any type of PC RICHARDS purchases. He's a real team player with a lot of patience and I should have more since I've been a teacher for years. KUDOS to Myron and whoever had the great sense to hire him.

My husband and I were in a real rush to get a new fridge and stove as soon as possible for our new apartment. Home Depot was going to take weeks so we popped across the street to PC Richard + Sons. Silvio was incredibly helpful, showed us lots of options and pulled out all the stops to get the two new appliances delivered to us less than 24 hours after we move in on Monday.
