Gregory was an amazing salesman that not only found what we were looking for, but took the time to get to know us as well.

Came into PC Richard looking for a new fridge. Mr. Gregory took his time to explain to me about how it is not only about the fridge that needs to be measured but the doors and turning point of where the location of the fridge will be going (did not even think about this). He has over 10 years of experience and was very patient with me when explaining the whole process. He helped me save a backwards trip, so will be measuring and coming back
He was overall so sweet and really informative, I could tell he really wanted to make sure he helped me to the fullest!

Lately I've been getting all my appliances from this store. It's just like a neighborhood store, my neighbors work here and they take pride in their job and it shows. MS Cheryl was very Helpful and patient with me.

Sales representatives are extremely rude, especially the one named Karen. She wanted me to apply for a pc richards card, so she freaking lied and said I couldn’t buy with a check. (Found out by asking the manager that you indeed could buy with a check). And last time I was here, I returned something but she insisted that I could only use the credit towards a similar item. Lo and behold, I went to another sales rep and they told me I could choose whatever I want in the store with the credit. Stay away from this Karen.
