Orlando was super helpful! Best electronics store on the upper west side. And they price match!

Yesterday I went to pick up my p5, Adam helped me he was super nice and made the process extremely quick. I accidentally forgot my ID and another guy I didn’t catch his name but I believe he was a manager chased me half way home just to get it back to me which I really appreciated. This location is full of great workers and I will absolutely shop with them again.

Our dishwasher broke, and we needed a new one in a hurry – our family was coming up for the weekend. We went to PC Richards on Wednesday. Our sales person, Omar, was extraordinarily helpful. Thanks to him, we had our new dishwasher installed on Friday, ready for the weekend festivities.

SPENCER SPENCER SPENCER. He is definitely a great employee when I walked through. I had many questions regarding room set ups and which equipment to go for, he saw I needed help and didn't hesitate to offer. He helped me decide on which T. V and speaker I will be getting in the future. He makes great conversations that doesn't just make me feel like I'm a customer, He gave off the vibe like he's a friend giving the best advice possible. When I come back to buy my Speakers and TV I'm asking for Spencer. Put some respect on his name

Curbside pickup took longer than it should have. Included leaving my car and coming to the store. Shuffled between 3 different people. Icing on the cake-to get the receipt I had to go way back into the store because "the company wants customers to see that PC sells mattresses. "

Everyone really made me comfortable. I was making a large purchase (mattress) and it went very smooth. I was greeted by everyone from the delivery guys and a dozen salesmen.

Gregory & Bradley were very helpful in helping us pick out & purchase AC units. Thanks guys!

Jason was excellent, he helped me in and out of the store in a timely manner, while still very being very informative. He let me know about the mattress sale that is currently going. I'll be bringing my husband next time, so we can pick one thats good for the both of us, and I'll be sure to work with Jason!

Orlando Very knowledgeable in air conditioners. Polite. Gave good advice on what is required for Sleeve and window air conditioners. An asset to the P. C Richard & son Company.
