We will see. The install of a car starter is tomorrow. Had to negotiate two key fobs to start the car, why? Should be included in the price. They finally threw them in. Their price for everything is nowhere what the advertised price is. Transparency! Put the whole price on the table. Let’s see how well the installation goes tomorrow. Too bad nice store no customers in the place I wonder why.

THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM P. C RICHARD, it's obvious they just want to get your money and after that they don't care what happens to the customers and their merchadise!

Went to store #39 in collage point 20th ave to Buy a mattress the one I was interested in was at the buttom above another mattress I had to ask to move some so I could lay & get a feel of it.
I purchased it & was TOLD prior to delivery I was going to get a call HALF HR before delivery.

11: 54am the delivery driver called me that he was going to be there in 10 mins which he lied was only 2 blocks away as the camera shows they arrive few minutes before the call when I told him he had to notify me 1/2 hr prior he had an attitude and said he will wait 15min then cancle the delivery! I call the store & spoke with Ambika who had an attitude too telling me she's going to contact the dispatcher & when I said I want to speak to the store manager & need corporate's # she disconnects me.

It would have taken me 20 mins to get there so I had to have my husband leave his job to rush over only to meet with a very rude driver telling him he was 15min there waiting! & Stating P. C Richard don't know what they are doing!

Took a month to get too warehouse and it wasn’t In system. Customer service has no patience or apology when they messed up. The worst retail experience I’ve ever had

You have the worst repair service. We have reported an issue with our less than 3-yr old freezer, a month ago. It is still not functioning properly. The replacement part has reportedly come in damaged TWICE. Your people call on the day of our appointment and then cancel! I will report this to the BBB!

Bad experience. I went to the outlet to order an a.c. Got there to find out they don't take orders. I tried online at the spot (outlet) so I could pick it up at the outlet and p.c. Richards wouldn't take my m.c. To make the payment, I tried fewer times and was still the same. The next day, I ordered it online with a different merchant, and they made it easy to finish taking my order. Not good, P.c. Richard's, it really was a waste of time traveling all the way to Farmingdale

In August 2022 refrigerator delivered and not used until family member moved back after home redone when he noticed a broken drawer in the bottom of the freezer model fg4h2272uf Sn 1k14672235. After months of calls finally someone came out and look at the drawer and said it was “cosmetic” and he would call it in and then still, after numerous calls with promises we would hear from a manager, still nothing.

This is obviously not a priority for PC Richards, but I wonder if staff can’t take care of such a small item, how could you possibly truly care about your customers.

Today, the delivery personnel of PC Richard & Son saw the box was damaged and when they opened it, the product was damaged as well. Sales personnel tried to get a replacement delivered later today which would have been great service, but distribution told them the earliest was Saturday, and they don't know a 4 hour time window until Friday evening. I asked if they could at least deliver it in the morning on Saturday and was told I have to understand it's busy because it's a holiday weekend and the truck is loaded by town, but what PC Richards doesn't seem to care about is that it's their customer's holiday weekend that is being imposed on because someone in the distribution center put a visibly damaged box onto the truck so if anyone in distribution reads this (can't seem to speak to anyone in distribution), and if I'm scheduled in the afternoon, they can just reverse the order of the deliveries so that they have the same movement from town to town, but in the opposite direction.

Update - product delivered with a dent, but only one dent this time and not as bad as the first unit. The delivery personnel indicated it was not so bad that they thought there would be an internal issue so we kept this dented unit.

There will be 5am, it has hover night parking, they kindly serve you, very little space for maneuver, you will have to disconnect and wait for the download, they have a toilet and a snack machine area, 2 hours minimum, hard to download

Raheem and Joel sell used appliances, not floor models. I thought I bought a floor model but, it was used. I have to wait for a repair man to come and say it's broken before I can get and exchange to buy a new appliance not floor model refrigerator. I have to put it on clodest setting to keep the fridge cold and It makes 10 ice cubes a day. This is the corporate policy to hold you hostage like they did something wrong or I am lying about it being broken. I buy something in good faith and I have to wait for a repair man to come and look at it before I get an exchange.
PLEASE ASK IF IT IS BROKEN AND CAN YOU EXCANGE OR RETURN

20 Year PC Richards customer lost forever. Comedy of errors, from it taking 2 months to deliver a dishwasher, to them installing it wrong, to no help from the store manager. This place used to be great, but now I'm done.

Doesn't honor customers' need to exchange something when items received aren't as should be. Having a very difficult time with them. I'm very disappointed in their service.

Defective models of Frigidaire refrigerators are being sold to customers leaving them Stuck! I'm on my second refrigerator in 2 years. The first model was ffSS2315TS a double door 36 wide unit and this model produced a very load noise coming from the freezer side lasting for hours along with a high temperature reading flashing on door. After multiple times being serviced they finally gave me credit for a second unit which was the next model up which was FRSS2623AS. This model lasted about 7 month before it started doing the same thing and it has been serviced about 4-5 times for the same thing, but this time it stopped working completely on 4/16/23 and the day before it was making a very load noise on freezer side also showing high temperature.so I went to pc richards in union NJ today for help and the best they could do is offer me a very small refrigerator that my 11 year old could throw in the trunk. This is unacceptable to be treated in this manner being I own a 3 family home and have purchasing multiple appliances from these people for years. Persons who i spoke to at pc Richards in union was supervisor Lorenzo and salesperson Paul. The Person spoken to at customer service was Denzel who gave me a very hard time before letting me speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was a lady by the name of renzo who for some reason hung up on me and thought things were funny.

BUYER BEWARE! YOU BUY NEW BUT THEY SEND YOU SCRATCH AND DENT THEN REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY! I bought a NEW refrigerator. They sent me a banged up scratch and dent. I asked for a refund and they refused. They offered to exchange it but wouldn't be available for over 2 months! This is why you stay with the big box stores. DON NOT BUY FROM PC RICHARDS UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR SCRATCH AND DENT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I bought a Samsung stereo with the soundbar. Joe Jolly helped provide me with good information with being able to hook up stereo without bluetooth. I had trouble with hookup which was easy. Joe told me how to hook up but I preferred PC Richards to come over and hook it up. Joe called back with the days they could come and then we agreed on a time. Pc Richard came when they said and answered my questions and hooked up unit. Very pleased with the service from PC Richards. Joe Jolly was very professional and spends time with his customers. Joe Jolly is an asset to Pc Richards. Joe was very concerned about trying to help me out. Will be back at PC Richards

We are very unhappy with the service provided by PC richards.our fridge broke so we scheduled a service call under the extended warranty that we purchased.it was easy setting the appointment but almost a month later we still do not have a fridge that works.the tech told my wife on the 1st visit that he didn't think it was going to fix the issue and that he would probably be back in a week.he was right.the fridge didn't last a week and we were back on the phone setting up a 2nd visit.to make things more interesting his notes didn't match what he was telling us.i was ok with trying to fix it a 2nd time but that didn't do it either.with 2 small kids all we want is a fridge that works.the website clearly says "we fix it or we replace it" not one person in corporate can answer my question on when the replacement kicks in.now for the 3rd time, i made an appointment to fix it (because they do not want to replace it yet) they canceled the appointment.i called in to see why.they said that i canceled it? After waiting on hold they said that they cancelled the appointment because the parts came in damaged.how long are they going to drag this on? ! We also have concerns that the leaky freon could be hazardous to our family.i feel like we gave them plenty of chances to fix the refrigerator and we have been patient but i have lost my patients.i will never buy or recommend PC richards to anyone ever again.

Worst customer service. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years. We have bought all of our TVs and appliances from PC Richard. I currently have a 1 year old Samsung washing machine which isn’t working properly. I have had 3 service calls and still not fixed. After many phone calls and parts replaced, I am now waiting for 4th service call next week. No one knows what the other has done. I have to miss more time at work waiting for service not to mention the inconvenience and cost of laundry mat.
