P.C. Richard & Son, Queens NY

My husband and I walked into this P. C. Richard & Son to purchase 6+ appliances, and a mattress, for our new home. Overwhelming, I know. Mohamed was so helpful and made our experience as stress free as it could be. He was super knowledgeable and helped us maximize some great 4th of July deals. I 100% recommend him to anyone who who needs new appliances and/or a new mattress.

I had a dire emergency for air conditioners last week so I needed to get good air conditioners quickly: only issue was, the apartment I live in is in New Jersey. I thought I would have to get directed to a pc Richards in Jersey but lucky for me, Mike Diaz was able to help me not only help me find two air conditioners that were perfect for the size of my apartment but also have them delivered to me in less than 1 week! I cannot be more grateful enough! This place is great!

Garrett is amazing! Delivery was smooth and as expected. He is knowledgeable, honest and courteous. He makes appliance shopping straightforward and fun!

He schooled me on various types and we narrowed it down to the best option for me and we did everything over the phone! So relieved to have done this so seamlessly. PC Richards was okay I couldn't get the staff to help me and they didn't know anything about the speakers or the product they was selling so I left and went to somewhere else

Great experience ordering a fridge. Was attended to wonderfully and was able to place an order for the fridge I wanted. The delivery was excellent as well. Fridge was delivered the date requested with no hassle or issues.
