I buy everything at PC Richards, but their service center is horrible. Waiting on a refrigerator repair to be completed for 7 weeks now. The never order parts in advance even though they know what is wrong, So they come look and then order the part and then have incompentent service person trying to fix it. I am going on 6 visits now and ice maker still not working.
I don't indersatnd how the Richard family lets this go on.

We waited for service a whole day never showed said they called. Made another appointment gave me a window from 7 AM to 7 PM called them said that is crazy after I drove to my house in the Hamptons at 7 AM and now they don’t show and it’s 4 PM stay away from this company. They show at five and can’t find the part they ordered in truck.run from this company

I have been a customer of PC Richard since 2004 and as the years have progressed their customer service has been getting seamlessly worse. Over the past 8 years I have gone thru 4 refrigerators. My current LG one has not been functioning properly at all for the past 2 months. I have gotten 4 service calls done on it and each time the problem got worse. I call back repeatedly and have to explain the issue to a different representative every time I call. It is excessively tedious to say the least. I have been requesting an exchange for over 2 weeks now since I still have the warranty and they keep scheduling service calls. At this point, it is costing me more money than a new fridge would be! I am hesitant to spend money on a new purchase because otherwise what purpose does the warranty I paid for serve?

Every single time I call, I am given different info. I have put in over 8 requests to get a call back from a supervisor and no word yet. I am not seeing why they can't provide a credit for an exchange for a $1,600 fridge already. Truly ridiculous

Terrible unloading. Got here a hour before apps got a door a hour after apps. Another hour later still not one item off of my trailer now I don't see anybody on the dock. Why send the WHOLE SHIFT to lunch at the same time how productive is that?

Waiting since before Thanksgiving for a service appointment. This is pathetic! I'm glad I spent all that money on a warranty.

Purchased a stove which was nothing but problems. However the technicians were always polite, neat, professionals. Ultimately P. C. Richards replaced the stove so overall they turned a problem into a acceptable solution. I'm glad I shop there, they stand behind thier products.

Five Star Service “RONNE MORALES” every company needs one He goes above and beyond. Our LG washing machine broke and Ronne came over late at night to fix it and was so pleasant and educated us on the parts and prices. Now I will be requesting Ronne to come to our house for any repairs! He deserves a raise️️️️️

Not worth buying warranty from PC Richards. During my warranty period their service man came multiple times for same problem. It worked for 6 months and same issue of water leak came back. Now that warranty is over, I am paying to get same problem resolved. There is no fix! Not sure why do I have to pay for the ongoing problem that they don't have solution for. Rude service department people. I just paid another $300 for 1 yr warranty that will make my problem go away for 6 months! If I don't my kitchen floor and basement will get damaged. Defective refrigerator but they won't admit. Samsung model$ RF28K9070SR

This has been the WORST experience I have had not only as a long time PC Richard customer but as an overall consumer. I purchased a split ductless A/C from what I thought was PC Richard but is actually a separate department which does not answer to PC Richard. Since September, I have been trying to have my unit serviced. It is nonfunctional. Service has been unresponsive and when I contact the PC Richard service department, I am constantly told there is nothing they can do but send a message over and someone will call me back or send an email to their customer service department to restate what we spoke of on the call. At one point, I was calling 1-2x/week asking for updates and callbacks. To date, I have never received a call from this department. That to me is unacceptable considering I purchased this unit based on the PC Richard reputation and would think that even if this particular division was subcontracted that they would be subject to the same standards as the company in general in order to uphold their esteemed name in the industry. For now, I am stuck with a non-functioning heating unit in my CHILD's room in freezing temperatures. Keep in mind, this is an issue I have been trying to fix since September when the weather was decent so that I could avoid this problem. There has been no resolution. I have spoken to "corporate" which seems to be customer service but the issue has not been resolved. There seems to be no ramifications for lack of communication, poor customer service and genuine disregard of their customers. I have spent thousands on this unit with a company that was eager to install but slow to respond. As an alternative, I have tried to obtain service from the manufacturer but that is also on hold as unsurprisingly, I cannot obtain a copy of the diagnostic report (which is needed for the manufacturer) since I cannot get a hold of or a response from the A/C / Ductless Department. Never again will I purchase a large appliance from PC Richard. I am utterly disgusted with this company and am currently looking for other options.

Service provider Jean came to my home to service my washer- he was unable to fix the issue and stated I needed a new washer which is covered under warranty. 3 weeks later I call service to see what is the hold up. Jean falsified my service report stating there is no issue and my washer is in perfect condition. Luckily for me I have security cameras that recorded the entire visit. My next step is to contact the FTC and take any other action deemed necessary.

Horrible service, did not washer/dryer properly will not accept return only exchange and making us wait a week to have dryer repaired that they delivered broken
