Every year we look forward to the spring when Burt, the owner, and Robin, the administrator, schedule us—there is no sweeter person in the world than Robin! And then Burt’s son, Corey, comes with his team, and our experience is nothing less than STELLAR! They are so proficient and warm and accommodating. And their work is incredible! The carpets and upholstery is so, so clean. It never ceases to amaze me! We have a large, shedding dog and we live in wetlands where our dog is always in the creek. Corey and crew spotlessly clean the carpets—free of mud and hair! They leave it brand new. The white linen couch they spot clean—though we plan to bring it into their shop down the line when the time is right. But the spot cleaning transforms our couch! We are so grateful! Family owned and operated. The team came to my home and helped move furniture to get our rugs out to their truck, then did an excellent job cleaning them before returning them exactly on time. A wonderful example of a small business that really works and serves its community.

Cleaned my large area rugs and then stored them till I was ready in the new house. Also replaced the pads, so I had fresh, clean and sanitized rugs for our new home.

I've used PCS several times now, with excellent results. They took great care with my rugs, one of which was vintage and handwoven. I love the fact that they do a wonderful job of cleaning them without using harsh chemicals. The rugs even smell good when they're returned! I will definitely continue to use PCS for all of my area rugs.

I have used this company many times. Besides carpeting they have done a marvelous job cleaning my tile/stone floors in living areas.especially my kitchen floor. They get stains out that no one else can.
