Very useless brokerage. Doesn't care about the customer's concerns and questions. Whenever you asked them questions, they push the questions away. It would understandable if it's knowledge that is out of their professional scope. But even if you ask them questions regarding how does your insurance policy work, they don't want to answer. So other than collecting money for the insurance premium, they don't provide anything else. I'm definitely changing insurance brokerage and will share with others to avoid this brokerage.
