Pearle Vision, Webster NY

I had an incredible experience at the Holt Road Pearle Vision! The staff was incredibly kind and efficient, and extremely thorough in their care. Thank you Anna, Christine, and Dr. Priest for taking such good care of me!

I have only been with Pearl Vision for about a year. I started out with an eye exam last year. Everyone that works there was very friendly and answered any questions I had. This year I needed new glasses with lenses and frame. I had my eyes examined with no changes and was fitted with new frames the same visit. I had my new glasses within two weeks. They answered all my questions. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or rushed.
I appreciate there professionalism and kindness.

The staff were awesome from the time we ordered through pick up! Heather and Mary (sorry if I got it wrong) made the experience fun for my daughter to get her new glasses so soon! Thanks!

Had a great experience with the entire staff at this location. They were kind and helpful and spent extra time with me as I had a broken ankle during my visit. I picked out the perfect glasses and will be using this location as my go to for exams, and glasses.

I brought my 12yr old daughter to Pearle Vision in Webster for a contact fitting. Then my other younger daughter wanted to "try" too. I thought she was too young but they sat both my daughters down to let them try out the contacts. As I thought, my 9yr old daughter tried for less than a minute to get a contact in her eye before she realized her eyes were not ready. Pearl Vision charged me $79.00 for her to sit down for 1 minute. Very disappointing!

2 starts solely because the staff was kind and helpful. The doctor acted as if she was doing me a favor by doing my exam rather than her job. Her cold attitude is the reason I will not be back. Now making the drive out to the Pittsford location!

Pearle Vision in Webster has always been friendly, personable, and prompt to get me in for appointments. My husband's glasses were destroyed over the weekend; they got him in, as a new patient, within a couple hours after they opened and had his new glasses ready for him in ONE HOUR. They were understanding of his situation and prioritized getting his new glasses ready. Thank you to the whole staff for taking care of us in such a kind professional way.

Honestly have had the best experience with this store. I've been wearing glasses for a decade and now my daughter does. This place operates better than any other business of optometry in terms of customer service. The few times I've had any issue with any of the front desk, management ALWAYS gracefully and non condescendingly comes to handle it. Just this morning, was misinformed by someone at front desk, asked for manager, and it was handled. New hires may not always know what's going on, if you're given attitude or wrong info, ask for a manager before leaving a bad review. Mike, the manager this morning, was INCREDIBLY POLITE, HELPFUL, thank you!

Good selection. Service was slow, but friendly.

The doctor was very rude and made me feel dumb for going in and getting my eyes checked for glasses. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Refused to give me a contract script unless ordered through them. I would NOT recommend them at all.
