Pearle Vision, Yonkers NY

Went to pearl to see doctor because I woke up no vision in my eye made an appointment for same day arrive find out they no longer take my insurance so I offer to pay cash/card and they don’t take cash/card! Never going back again! What establishment doesn’t take cash…. Ridiculous

Its almost a month now that I paid for my glasses and I still haven't received them. Manager said she will follow up and get bk to me. There's no response from her too. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges. I sent two emails as well. No response! Very unpleasant experience. Its really frustrating cz I was waiting for these glasses. Very unhappy

Pearl vision employee Josie saved the day for me. I walked in with frames that were barely holding the lenses in and Josie and the rest of the staff looked thru all their frames to find ones that my lenses would fit in. I didn't even know they could do that. They saved me hours and many dollars. Thank you Pearl Vision center of Yonker

The spanish guy who does the glasses near the entrance needs an attitude adjustment. He is always very so hostile and full of unwarranted animosity towards certain customers.

How does a professional place cancel appointments without calling individuals. This happened twice with a terrible lie of “the doctor had a family emergency” TWICE? Do better. Never booking here again! UNPROFESSIONAL

Dr. Scherz is very good at getting a prescription just right. Contact prescriptions can be tricky. My regular ophthalmologist had given me a contacts prescription that must have been technically correct, but in reality did not work for me. Dr. Scherz was able to come up with the right prescription that worked for both up-close reading as well as distance.

They have all the new and most fabulous selections, ranging from trendy to classic styles. They have something for everyone. It’s the only place I shop.

I took my 2 daughter to get their 1st glasses and Carlos the manager helped us. He was very patient and very good with them. He was on top of everything and very friendly. We will definitely be making this our family's place for glasses!

I had a great experience meeting Carlos the manager at our Medical Expo held at Wmchealth. Visited the store having issues with my glasses, greeted by Carlos with a big professional smile. Within minutes greeted by David (Optician). David was professional, friendly, very helpful and assisted in fixing my eye-glasses properly. I spent about 20-25 minutes with Optician, who was able to resolve the issue. The entire staff at this location were friendly, very helpful, and very professional. I received great customer service. I would highly recommend this Pearle Vision location. Thank you so much!

I have been coming here since 2021. The optometrists who work here are very nice and knowledgeable. And Carlos was super helpful with providing me assistance in picking the best glasses that fit my face and walked me through what my insurance would cover. I have not yet had any bad experience here and plan to keep returning here while I live in Yonkers. Very great team!

Carlos and the entire team helped with my anxiety regarding getting new lenses they made me feel comfortable and I cannot wait to pop out with my Lenses! Come On Now!
