The Pearle Vision-Greece, Ny is the best. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Best selection of frames.and they always make sure that they have a selection of petite frames for people like me who need smaller sized frames.

Very friendly and super professional had time for me when I needed it. Great staff definitely where I'm going for now on

Seems like the staff have a great working relationship - the atmosphere is light and you can tell they work well together.

Dr Tran works FAST! There have been appointments where he greeted me at the front counter and took me all the way through the appointment himself. None of the BS where they check you in and then have you wait alone in the exam room for the doctor. Dr Tran is very attentive and communicates well when I ask questions, and he seems to be happy to discuss his field. My wife tried this place and didn’t like how fast he went, and I get that. It may feel like he’s rushing you through the appointment at times, but I really like the fast pace. When I’ve had concerns and questions, he does take the time to fully address them.

On occasion, the staff have gone above and beyond to help me out. Appreciate everyone at this location! Thank you!

Everything was fast and efficent. Nothing is better than having your new glasses done right at the store.

The only thing bad about this place is that it is closed on Mondays. Other than that the people that work there are great, kind and very responsive. I had to change my appointment a couple weeks ago last minute and the woman on the phone understood and helped me find an appointment that works for me. I’ve been going here for about 2 years now, and love it.

Went to pick up my glasses and was treated great. They adjusted my glasses and placed an order for my contacts. It was quick and easy and everyone was super nice.

My order came in from Oakley incorrect (Oakley's fault) and the store assisted in the correction before I even got there and also offered special accomodations to make up for it. Great customer service from the staff and owner.

My experience at Pearl Vision was great. I got my contacts and I can see very well. Even though another doctor told me there is no contacts for me out there. Doctor Tran was patient and he took his time with me even though it took longer than most. I am far and nearsighted. The staff were amazing. Thanks Doctor Tran and staff members.

I’m so disappointed; I initially came here for their customer service- about 1.5 years ago; it felt like a friendly, great place; then I called to schedule an appointment a year later and the employee was annoyed with me; not patient; not willing to help me process the information; passive/aggressive…it’s not hard to be patient, and kind with customers (but I do understand people have bad days) ; but then I called to speak with a manager about my experience and was shocked with his disinterest, lack of support for the customer or the loss of a customer; so I, a greece resident; have to drive to Webster for better quality care and respect;
I would never recommend anyone; sadly I encourage others to leave for better care and customer service; these qualities do matter folks! Customer service is so essential!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Apparently supported by management as well. Complete indifference to loosing customers over employees rude behavior. Robinseye got the business instead which included eye exam, contacts, glasses, and sunglasses. The difference being they are polite and kind. Go see Lisa there. Stay clear of this place. How bad are you that a greece resident would gladly drive to Webster over your location for service….

You are correct, I’m NOT a customer. I didn’t say I was. However my wife is/was. She dealt with your extremely rude employee last night. I then called the place I go and got her in today. They took care of her. They are very professional, unlike your location. My wife’s name is Molly. She called today to talk about the situation and the manager wasn’t the least bit concerned about losing her business. If you have reading compression skills of any sort you can put my first comment together with this edit and see I wasn’t actually referring to myself. However your response is completely in line with your lack of professionalism at that location. Congratulations on proving my point.

First time at pearl and I received excellent service from the minute I entered the store. Amanda at the desk and Ellie who fit my glasses, were friendly and helpful through every stage of purchasing my glasses. I highly recommend this pearl vision.

This is the place to go! Dr. Tran is phenomenal he is thorough and very knowledgeable. The staff are all pleasant and professional very great service provided from the time I scheduled the appointment by phone to checking out when we finished with our visit. My son and I both enjoyed our visit. We both picked out glasses that suited our styles after our eye exam and I will be going here from now on. Thank you for excellent customer service, everyone Dr. Tran, the front desk staff, the techs that helped with the frames and lenses and everyone there that I didn't mention, thank you!

Fantastic service and doctor. This is my 2nd visit and purchase and they make it so easy from start to finish. Prices and selection of products are very fair. When I need this sort of service I don't even look anywhere else, thank you Pearle Vision.

Worked with Devon who was very knowledgeable. Gained my confidence enough where I canceled an appointment that I had with another vision place and decided to do business here.where I am comfortable in their knowledge and willingness to help. Optician was also very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment. Very pleased and will return.

Excellent Service - I needed my rimless frames adjusted, Ellie has them fitting better now than they day I purchased them at another Optician. I am very pleased with the attention I was given and will be sure to let other know too
