We love this place. The staff is so nice and they get you in and out so quickly. I also love how you can make an appointment online.

Love being able to book an appointment in advance. They remember you from prior visits but it still makes you answer same questions again and again in the registration flow. NP Mapstone was a rockstar and cray tech was very nice even though his name escapes.

Very friendly staff roward my young daughter and a short wait on a Saturday afternoon made getting antibiotics fast!

This was my first time using this place for both of my children and compared to the other urgent care near us, it was fantastic! They were so great with my kids and making them feel comfortable with a test they both got. The doctor was super nice and we will definitely come back here for future illness for them!

Was able to make an appointment for the next day online and was seen within five minutes. Everyone was super nice. My son even got a popsicle at the end! Will definitely be going back again!

I recently visited the pediatric urgent care with my son, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The staff was incredibly polite, and the doctor Matthew demonstrated genuine care for my son. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the diagnosis, which reassured me as a parent. I highly recommend their services.

They were excellent. They took my son in right away. Everyone was super friendly and everything was in a timely manner.

We just flew home from vacation, and my son had been diagnosed there with one issue. Symptoms continued for 4 days and we came straight to PUCR after we landed and he was accurately diagnosed and treated with the correct course of action. I never hesitate to come here when my kids are sick on nights/weekends/holidays. Every person we have seen there is phenomenal!

Great experience! The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! The facility was beautiful and they had the most comfy and calming room for my 4 year old to get treatment. I loved that all the blood work and tests could be run on the spot with the results given immediately. The staff members were patient and caring and even gave my daughter a little stuffed animal at the end of the visit to reward her for her bravery during some scary medical tests. Thank you!

Our experience at this urgent care was highly disappointing. The staff, including the doctor, seemed inexperienced and unhelpful. In fact, we found more useful information through a quick Google search than from the doctor's advice. Additionally, the staff's rude and disrespectful behavior was distressing, especially as it brought my daughter to tears. Despite reaching out via email for someone to address our concerns, we received no response. I would advise against going to this facility.

Fantastic, compassionate staff who helped our daughter on Christmas day. Highly recommend!

**Editing my review. Changed it to 5 stars because we have had the most amazing care here since Dr. Ismail has left. Dr. Gretchen and Dr. Barbara are fantastic, very thorough and kind. My kids actually get excited to go to the doctors and love the ice pops afterwards! It really helps when they're feeling so yucky. Thank you!

Brought my two super sick kiddos in, they had horrible coughs, fevers, and I suspected ear infections. Dr. Ismail barged into the exam room, no mask on, super arrogant and loud. Looked over my kids quickly and said "it's just a cold", (didn't want to test them) but that my daughter had a "minor" ear infection in her right ear that I should try to treat with garlic oil instead of an antibiotic. Um.no. I'm not against homeopathic remedies for some things but I don't mess around with ear infections and won't risk my kids losing their hearing permanently. She did end up writing a script for an antibiotic after I expressed concern about using just garlic oil. Then she shoved motrin in both of my kid's mouths and when she told me the dose for both I mentioned that it was way more than I usually give them. Her response was "It goes by weight. " I double checked when I got home and she gave them the absolute incorrect dose, way too much for their weights! And come to find out, the kids had RSV the whole time, gave it to my 5 month old baby who almost ended up in the hospital. And here is this maskless, homeopathic "doctor" who said it was just a "cold", meanwhile probably spreading these horrible viruses to others!

Each time we go there is a different experience. But, in a pinch we need their care. Tuesday we waited 3.5 hours to be seen and then we were dismissed with a virus, only to be back in 3 days to be seen again by a more experienced doctor. Dr Gretchen and Dr Barbara have been very helpful and kind on the 2 occasions I have been back with a sick child for the second time. I was frustrated and at my wits end. They treated me with understanding and expertise. Nicole the nurse has been a pleasure each time we were there. She was also kind and understanding. My daughters love her.

We have always been incredibly pleased with the care of the Pediatric Urgent Care of Rochester team. They are so compassionate. Checking in ahead of time has kept the wait times reasonable too. We highly recommend them!

Pediatric urgent care if Rochester really came through when my child’s Dr office told me it would be over 24 hours Before they could see him for a sick visit! I was able to make an appointment on line and fill out all my paperwork needed on line so we literally just had to announce our arrival when we got there! The doctor was efficient, friendly and worked in a timely manor! I very happy I found such a great pediatric urgent care!
