I left it paid and she had my dress for two weeks and when the day to pick it up arrived, she had not worked on it and she did it in one day and after I measured it at home I did not have to fix it

Im giving 1 star because i can't go any lower. My husband found him on Google and decided to give him a try, boy was that a mistake! This guy promised to have the items ready in a week so we called him to make sure they were ready to pick up but he said to give him 1/2 hour to finish ok so we gave him 2 hours. Then called again to let him know we were on the way there he then said to give him 20 minutes! When we got there the business was closed he yelled from upstairs where he lives, to wait. Once he opens up i see he were not done! He suggested that i sit and wait until he finished was he was supposed to have done a week before oh and he asked to be paid in full when the items were dropped off.i had to leave without my items cause i had a previous engagement so i went back 2 days later and he didn't even had the courtesy to apologize or anything!
Very unpleasant and unprofessional i will never go back! Save yourself the trouble and waste of time and don't use this guy
