Peet's Coffee, Queens NY

Poor service. They saw me. Ignored me and went to the back. Several minutes later after a manager came and asked if anyone came out, he told one of the Server to come out. She then stood in front of cups and adjusted her bra for a few minutes. Then talked for another few minutes to a coworker. I know airport service is bad, but this is by far one of the worst.

Sweethearts. Made me a custom drink as per my request. Perfection! Ty for the Pumpkin French Vanilla Latte. My father was having a bad day and this was absolutely the pick-me-up he needed. Thank you girls!

No skim milk! And the thermos that says "skim" has "half and half" in it!

Never been here but i am giving it 3 stars becuase that is not how you spell pete! It's pete not peet!

Beware about this coffee shop and referring to Terminal 4 near gate 24. I have to wait for my change for a long time after paying for my coffee after she closed the cash machine. She gave me a lot of reasons from waiting for her manager to fixing something to delay and left to go at the back of the store. This operation is typical of stealing money from a hurried passenger who will leave without waiting for their change so not to miss their flight.the coffee is not too bad.

Very rude, ask for a latte and was not done correctly. I ask if she can fixed and said I had to pay extra.

The girl is super friendly but not sure what happened to the cappucino. Even after waiting I burned myself. This heat is not the normal heat but the kind of heat that is not allowed. Terrible!

Like any other coffee place like Starbucks, it has 2 things that are good, the rest you can buy it anywhere else for less.

The person behind the counter was really impolite to multiple customers and really didn't like her job.

Horrible service.especially the guy at the cash register with the soda pop glasses. I definitely wouldn't recommend this coffee shop to anyone.

Wait time was horrendous. You would think in a busy airport terminal that this place would be staffed accordingly to accommodate a large amount of people looking for their caffeine fix, but that is not the case. It took nearly 20 minutes for an order consisting of a coffee and a cappuccino. Might be worth the wait if you're the only one there.

Horrible customer service. Got turned away kind of rudely because they were running behind schedule on opening. Since that was the only coffee shop we saw at the moment, we decided to return later. When we did return, it was impossible to get any service. Despite one girl being told multiple times by the manager to come greet us and take our order, we stood at the cash register being ignored for the longest until we finally just left. I would not recommend this place.

Don't expect a good cappuccino here. Served so hot you can't drink it for ten minutes. Wait till you get back to Australia.

I only have it 1 star to access the comments. In JFK and after a simple cup of coffee. First Pete's C&T said they were closing at 9pm they were going home early! Its just a cup of coffee I want! Second Pete's C&T served by the most miserable person I have seem in a long while says Im only doing regular tra or coffee WTF!

There isn't any communication verbally or written from cashier to barista when it gets busy, so in my experience, 20 other ppl got their coffee before I did. Waited over 10 minutes. Saw a coffee filter get dropped and the floor, picked up, and put back in the stack.

Peets coffee is absolutely delicious I tried to coconut flavored coffee and it exceeded my expectations. Starbucks should watch out Peets coffee is definitely competition.

Loved the nice lady serving me. Even though she starts at 3am. She still in a great mood to give customer service. Made my day!

It was my very first time to have a coffee here. Coffee seems good, I enjoyed it. My only concern is the service. More improvements on entertaining customers.

They offered no soy, almond, or non dairy milk although it's on their menu and their baristas at 2 different Peet's in terminal 4 were terribly rude about it.
