Summarized review: Would highly recommend this place for shipping! The staff were always great and efficient - I never had to wait long, even if they were busy. I shipped several packages through them and also had them pack a portrait for me, and everything arrived safely and perfectly! I literally have no complaints and will definitely use this place again if I'm ever in the area! 10/10

Full review: I shipped around 22 medium sized boxes (about 20-30 lbs each) through this location over the course of Nov-Dec 2023 (about 12 trips - and this review is long overdue!). I live nearby and I'm a recent divorcee, and with my parents on their last leg in life, I decided to move back home with them in California for a little bit. Since my ex kept the furniture, I mostly just had to move my belongings, so shipping them seemed like the least expensive option (besides driving but I don't drive!).

Over my 12ish trips here, I was probably helped by every person employed there, and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly! It made the whole ordeal a lot less miserable for me, to say the least. Huge shout out to Adelina and Asaya (I hope I didn't butcher either of your names!) for making me laugh every time I was there!)

Additionally, I had a rectangular portrait packed here - Asaya packed it perfectly and masterfully cut a box down so it would be more size appropriate! She's the one pictured in the photo!

All of my packages arrived perfectly intact and on time. I would definitely recommend this place for shipping/packing if you are in the area. And a big thank you to them for helping me with all my shipping!)

Exceptional customer service! I've visited this packing and shipping service many times, and their staff is consistently patient, pleasant, and incredibly helpful. No matter how busy, they maintain a high level of professionalism. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Highly recommend for reliable and customer-focused service! BTW-they also sell an array of nice little things.

Truly an amazing business! They helped me so much with my passport renewal. Everything from taking the photo to helping me make sure I had everything I needed to get my renewal expedited. Fantastic customer service and a wonderful experience all around!

This place is almost great and staff is nice but they’re clearly instructed to lie / scare you into paying way more than you need to.

It’s borderline libel how hard they slander the USPS shipping options, “it’ll be months, no guarantee it even arrives. ” Heard this 3-4 times in a row.

After fighting off 2x price upsells to FedEx or UPS, my “destined for the abyss” package arrives in 3 days to my destination.

I have been to many pack and ship places and this is the absolute best UPS near me for dropoffs and shipping. They take pristine passport photos and are amazing at treating all of their customers. Im planning on getting a private mailbox next month.
Also great for DHL international shipping and FedEx overnight.

When it comes to shipping, this is the place to go! Everything you need from printing the label to tape the boxex! And most of all the service! Would definitely go back for all my shipping needs

Raphael was so helpful when I went to make a return-the initial price was exorbitant and he helped me by explaining why it would cost so much to ship and helped me make changes to size of the box etc in order to ship it for a reasonable price. His insight helped me save 100 dollars! I really appreciate the time he put in to make sure I was able to mail my return successfully and reasonably

Pegasus is the best shipping and mailing around. The employees are so kind and cool (shoutout to Adelina!) and super diligent. They have tons of packing materials and do it all for you! They also have sweet birthdays cards, candles, and more. Awesome spot love having in my neighborhood.

I switched to Pegasus a few months ago for my mailbox services because their prices seem quite reasonable. I had VERY important mail that was supposed to arrive two weeks ago. Neither item arrived. I then sent test pieces because this seemed strang. Nothing ever arrived. One item was critically important and I'm so screwed that I have hives now. As a disabled person this is a nightmare. I'm in tears and haven't slept in a few days. I BEG Rafael the owner to PLEASE investigate why this is happening. I'm not unique I can imagine this happenign to others too. I thought perhaps the fauly was with the USPS office at 263 S 4th St, but they were able to track one of the packages directly to Office 11211. Again, I don't care why things went wrong, just please someone help fix this for everyrone.

Do not ship any of your packages here! They don’t guarantee shipment will be delivered to its destination! It’s been more than a month and they haven’t found my package… Don’t believe they’ll help you resolve this issue…

Everyone here was so nice! I came in not knowing the measurements of the pictures I needed for my visa and not only did they confirm but also cut them for me on the spot. Super understanding and patient. They also do international sizes for pics so recommend coming straight here next time you need photos!
