Horrible, Unprofessional, & Lack of understanding.

Bus driver Henry Spence who is unfriendly, indifferent, unhelpful and unconcerned about how he treats the parents is the same person who will mistreat their passengers. I did not appreciate the driver telling me how I should be outside with my child at 0615 hours, when my report time as directed from the DOE school to pick my child up is 0630 hours. I should not have to hear from bus driver Henry who displayed and said he is bothersome on a new route he has that is out of his way/distance to pick up my child. I was baffled by how he expressed himself and it’s concerning to me as a parent. I’m speak for myself and for parents who child is in the spectrum and can’t freely express themselves or protect themselves from predators like this bus driver who felt bothered.

I called to file a complaint and had a rep who was rude, unprofessional, and lacked etiquette skills refused to relay my concern to a supervisor. One she didn’t delivered the message and two was unable to provide supervisor name on-site on who I can make contact. What company withholds information to prevent complaint from being generated. It’s concerning and I will be contacting BBB, FMCSA and others to get thing rectified.

My son has been riding to and from school with Penny Transportation for the past two years. For a most part, it’s been ok but the matron working on his bus this summer is the worst. Her name is Fatima. She didn’t work well with my son. She’s very unpleasant and rude. I believe she was being physically aggressive with my son. I called the company to complain, and they said they would investigate.
They need to have cameras on the buses. Many of the kids have special needs. Anything could be happening on these buses, and it’s in the best interest of the kids and the crew to have surveillance and a record of all activity on the bus.

Martha from dispatcher was extremely rude and unprofessional. She is inconsiderate and cuts you off mid conversation when calling voicing concerns about the bus being constantly very late. I have multiple children. This bus is scheduled to pick up my child at 7: 40am to make it for school at 8am. The bus doesn’t get here until around 8: 15 / 8: 30 AM. Which is same time I am supposed to be at my other children’s bus stop for summer camp down the avenue which departs at 8: 15/8: 20 AM. When explaining the situation she cut me off stating it’s either I wait for this bus or I miss the bus. I don’t understand why the school uses this company due to all the issues the parents have to deal with and the children constantly arriving late. From previous reviews this company should definitely shut down or needs new management and staff. Avoid if possible.

If I can rate this a zero star I would. I would never let me kids go into this bus company. Your drivers drive recklessly in the highway, tailgating every person zooming (probably going 25miles over the speed limit) almost hit my car and others numerous times. There were probably kids in there and when I tried to call the company I had a rude man answer the phone realized it was a complaint and hung up and when I called again a rude lady answered the phone sounded like she didn’t care and was just trying to get off the phone with me. This place is a complete joke and unprofessional at its finest

Once again this bus company is being allowed to discriminate against black and brown disabled children. As this continually happens I have reported this to numerous news reporting agencies- they will NOT get away with this. If I have to be the parent that speaks for all- I will. Numerous days they simply don’t show up. Many days they claim to be outside and they aren’t. One day they drove my child around for an hour because they “couldn’t find my address” it took many phone calls to find him. Many days they have let the wrong child off the bus- as these kids can’t speak or respond to their names it’s really scary to not locate your child. I sat downstairs today in the rain they claimed they are 3 minutes away and they never showed. Even claiming to be currently outside while I’m standing there. Once they realize they can’t lie anymore they simply hang up the phone and refuse to pick up. The DOE, DOT, SCHOOL SYSTEM etc have failed my child’s education. Time to report this to the news. I have many videos of them stoping the bus in the street while the driver went to the bathroom at the park, arriving blasting music with curses etc, on the phone etc.horrible.

This bus company could care less about black and brown disabled children! Discrimination at best! Unfortunately reporting to the bus company, school or DOE does nothing. Time to go to the news! The only way companies learn is through public embarrassment!

The worst bus company ever how they call me telling me the bus is running 20-25 mins late then forget to pick up my son. Now I have to pay out of pocket to send my son to school this bus company is very unprofessional. If there’s was another bus company that worked with my son school would have changed but this is the only wack rude unprofessional bus company I’ve ever encountered

They forgot to pick up my child! I waited for an hour outside in the cold with my 3 yr old!
