I talked to a women at the Albany brand, and a gentleman at JobStack Support (mason?). You guys were great, wait time was 0, answered all my questions and helped me! Much appreciated

Waste of time this is my first time doing a job today and I'm ab to get like 30 bucks lmao I woulda stayed home for that tbh. Or took that time and applied at other jobs where you actually make some money. And not get literally bent over by these rich people slaving us to keep there business going like how minimum wage is like 15 50 and the people ready company.and hear me out THESEEE COMPANIES NEED PEOPLE TO WORK so we are working for a random company making 50 cents extra being on call. Now idk ab you but to be on call and just get a random text hey we need you here they needa pay at least 18 literally a waste of my time and I will be having other people write terrible reviews due to the games that are being played. Nice try wrong person. Oh and the people leaving good reviews probably never worked for people ready that's why it's like dumb stuff like they let me use a phone and stuff not even an the job or the importance. Just all a scam.

If I could give less than a star I would I was on the highway to a job that I was given 40 minutes notice of iam 2hrs and thirty mins away from the job so I was even their yet and was told I was suspended bc I was not their yet. I have screenshot s of how long it takes proof of where I was and proof of the text alert conversation this is twice I went to a job and was not compensated last time I went and was told the ticket was cancelled. I ran out of gas on my way bc I had only twenty bucks it was my last. Now my car is stuck in a tow lot with no money to get it out thanks ppl ready for wasting my time my money and treating as if I DONT MATTER.

Have worked in the past. Voids predjudice mangers and idle time. Have regained economic independance.

I BEEN WITH THEM SINCE 2016 IF YOU THINK ABOUT WORKING HERE DONT! LOYALTY GETS YOU NOTHING! Low class staff in the office whom are not professional. I drove 45 mins from my home to a job site that was cancelled yesterday evening. I looked at the jobstack at 330 pm yesterday it was still there. I was NOT CONTACTED BY THE OFFICE IN ANY FASHION. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO PAY U IF U DISPATCH TO A JOB AND A CUSTOMER TELLS YOU THEY DONT NEED YOU THEY PAY U 40 DOLLARS
IF YOU DISPATCH TO A JOB AND WAS NOT NOTIFIED THAT IT WAS CANCELLED THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO PAY YOU FOUR HOURS.
THEY REFUSE TO OWN THAT NO ONE CONTACted me. I have drove from where i live to Schenectady picked up four people just to help others work i have gone above and beyond for this company. Yet i get spit on. Do not work here they only value themselves

Do not work here Albany NY is the worst staff and get off on hurting valuable employees. Ones whom get rockstar reviews from the customers. Dedicated and loyal employees get spit on. Stayyyyy away they don't pay you properly

Terrible and horrific how the staff in Albany do not value the employees. I watched this woman work here for yrs. She drove all over nd worked for multiple offices she was degraded and NOT PAID AFTER THEY DID NOT CALL HER TO TELL HER THE TICKET WAS CANCELLED THEY SUPPOSED TO OAY YOU FOUR HOURS. THEY TOLD HER GOOD LUCK WITH A LABOR BOARD COMPLAINT. THEY GET OFF ON TAKING FROM PEOPLE WHOM NEED MONEY TO SURVIVE AND PAY THEIR BILLS. THEN LAUGHA ND GET OFF ON TAKING THAT AWAY FROM HARD WORKING LOYAL PEOPLE. SHE WATCHED SO MANY COME TO JOBSsites and check in and disappear still get paid they don't value hard workers i watched her take two jobs in one day she very dedicated to work and pleasing the customer she always says bc she represents PEOPLE READY AND THIS IS THE LOVE IN RETURN. LAUGHING AT HOW THEY GET OFF TAKING THAT MONEY AWAY FROM SOMEONE

Worst company ever they don't pay you and degrade you. They allow u to go to jobsites without telling you that they were cancelled. They don't care how long you been there. Worst staff ever Albany NY. Worst
