Stopped by the day before to ask some questions and they got me a service appointment for the next day for the tire balance and alignment I was looking to get done. When I arrived for my appointment (10mins early) they took my car right back and started working on it, and they ended up finishing quicker then the time frame they originally quoted! The staff was extremely friendly and while I have a regular mechanic that I go to, I will absolutely be back for anything outside the scope of what they do.

The Lockport location quickly identified an issue I had and was in constant communication on what was wrong with my vehicle.

Workers are rude and sarcastic at the front desk. I could hear the workers cursing in the garage while they are working on peoples cars. I asked for the $20 coupon for an oil change and they refused to put it on. I had to get a manager who was sarcastic. Do not get an oil change from this place. They over charge and are rude. I am not planning on returning to this location ever. I had new tires put on the car and thru the whole process I felt like "I really should just ask for my car and leave now" I wish I did.

Amazing repair shop. The team there is fabulous and the manager always goes above and beyond. Great service always completed on time. Excellent warranty coverage on their parts and labor.

Don’t go here so rude and unprofessional. They were talking about me behind my back and I could hear them still. Will never go here again

Service and people are great there, BUT I had a 30% coupon that wouldn't go in the computer and was told they couldn't do anything for me except give me a lesser coupon.

Straight forward honest work, reasonable pricing and quick service. Need to work on better scheduling procedures. Friendly staff.

The guy answering the phone needs to find a new job, I made an appointment for an oil change, first he said they cant do it on my vehicle, which they have in the past, then when I asked for a morning appt he said " ya that's just what I feel like doing first thing in the morning" you guys change oil, I asked for an oil change, shouldn't be that hard

The guys at Pep boys on South Transit Road, Lockport, NY were great! They took care of all of my car needs in a very timely matter and gave me every discount they could find. Highly recommend!
