Went in for a tire rotation and wheel balancing. Charged for 4 wheels balanced ($69) and free rotation, when I got home and checked the vehicle It was obvious the rear wheels had not been removed from the car and one of my front center caps was missing. So basically I paid for them to take my center cap off and not replace it. Counter staff were decent enough but what I rip-off. I do not recommend this location and I will never return. I plan to take my business elsewhere. I know the rear tires were not removed because one Tpms sensor was low and it was still low after the “rotation” what a joke.

Do not trust online reservation system. They are very busy here and do not honor the reservation.

Asked them to check my tire pressure but they didn't. When I ask about the "check tire pressure" light they said it will turn off when I drive. One of the tire pressure was 26 when I check it the next day. They did not do the inspection at all.

Great place! The staff was very nice and helpful, my agent Chris was very knowledgeable and efficient. Overall the place was well maintained and everyone worked adequately! Definitely recommend for your car needs!

I go to their branch at Ridgewood and Long Island City, i love browsing around and getting my auto needs.

This is my go to place when I have car problems. They are not trying to take my money they just want fix your problem. When I go they tell me what I need or if I can wait. They are always nice to me, they answer all my questions and they try to accommodate me. They have pep boys credit so that has saved me many times when I didn't have the cash at hand.

Was almost run over in the parking lot by an employee, then after waiting in line for almost 30 minutes I was told it would take lo ger than an hour for an oil change and tire rotation by the same guy who almost ran me over. When I realized it was the same guy and pointed it out to him instead of apologizing he just said "Oh that was you? "

Well kept store and service department. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are generally good, if something is on sale or if you have an online coupon the prices are super deals.

Very helpful staff and very polite this was my first visit and I ordered part so let's see.how this ends.

Charles was very nice when he discovered the tire I ordered had not arrived. He had the mechanic check my flat and then repair it after I hit a huge pothole in NJ just before the Lincoln Tunnel. Saved me some coin. Store is big and has a decent service shop. I'll go back and say hello to Charles.

Came in for two front tires, left needing to replace my entire front suspension. Do not let these "mechanics" break your car like the did mine.

Buy 4 tires plus warranty from the store at the woodside location.the tire prevention lights came on and I took it to the woodside store, they did not take care of me. They sent me to Long Island city. I receive the keys and they tell me to wait 30 minutes and it has been 2 hours and they have not moved my car from where I left it.terrible service, poor attention, are careless with the arrival shifts and play with the time of customers.

We've been going here for about a year now, and felt comfortable with their service from the beginning (as a second opinion they saved us from a bunch of work, when they could have just told us to do it and made $$$). This week when the first big car expense with Pepboys came up, Ivanna and Mariah did right by us, and helped us make a plan that worked for our budget. Really thankful!
