Worst location! Very disrespectful staff as they enjoy ripping you off and have you leaving with an empty wallet.

After an hour waiting, customer service section informed me that they don't provide service for hybrid car battery.i should get that info at check in time, not an hour later.please value client's time.

I've come here 3 times for tires and each time I had to pull them myself. This woman Matilde refuses to get up and do her job. She claims to be the manager. She needs to be reassigned Update: 4/24 Matilde still refuses to do her job or delegate someone else to do what's necessary. It's not my job to pull tires at this business.

The cashier pointed me in the right direction to retrieve the product I was inquiring about. Prices are reasonable for certain products. The cashier signed me up as a Pep Boys member which will help me save money in the future.

I had a slow leak for a while I took my vehicle to a tire shop and they could not find it. Took it to pop boys turns out that one of my valves was some how split allowing the air to escape.

Really bad parking boy easy to get to and gps just never gets you there right no matter what app you use.overall the store is really lacking alot of the things I look for when I got to a place like this. Overall would t go back if you paid me the employees wherent what I call stupid but they where really lacks to say the least.

I have been coming to this pep boys for over 10 years. Service agent Ram always gives perfect customer service whenever I come to get my car serviced. Friendly guy in making sure I’m always taken cared of. Quick service also. Highly recommend this location!

Dropped the car at the early hour (7: 00am) on Sunday 07/08/2018 and when I went to check the status at 11: 30 am same day they asked me what car I was talking about. And the envelope where I dropped the key in the morning was still there untouched.

Great customer service and pleasant environment. I went in to have my brakes evaluated. Both the workers at the counter & the mechanic were very patient in explaining what was needed, applying the rebates that were available and we're patient as I determined to have the service at that time or later (aka.thinking of my budget).
