I don’t know how this place can be called a repair shop. They can’t even get the friggin parts to fix the problem. They had it three days and couldn’t get a simple brake hose. I had absolutely no problem finding the part myself and will have it tomorrow. Unfortunately I can’t give minus stars.

I had an AC compressor seals installed. Had to go back twice because that week because it was blowing hot air. Then I was sold a compressor in the same week. Why couldn't they spot this while getting the seals installed.

Fast forward 2 months. AC was blown out again now they are telling me I need a new condensor.

Got 4 new tires here for a great price including the alignment. Everyone here is friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Chris for helping us out and making everything go smoothly!

I had made a reservation and ordered tires a week ago to replace (4) tires. When I got there, they confirmed the tires were ready and asked me to come to pick up my car in 2 hours. When I get there to pick it up, they were waiting for the tires to arrive. I was able to pick it up in another 2 hours. I had to waste the whole afternoon. They should have called me at least to let me know the delay. There was a promotion going on, "buy four tires and get one free! " However, they charged for all four tires. On top of that, one of the tires was installed reversed inside out. Now I have to go there again to reinstall. So frustrated. Later, I found that the recipe/document showed that they recommended replacing brakes, and I refused it, which never happened. I don't know if I can trust their services and skills.

Rick, Chris and Kevon all do a great job and their staff if great. Very professional, timely and highly recommend this location because it has always done exceptional work on my vehicle. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work.

They do not honor scheduled appointments, the service manager, disregards this and makes everyone wait on a number basis. There is no General Manager. Service took longer than anticipated with no other issues with the car

They have nothing in stock, everything takes 24hrs to get very small variety. I you like feeling scammed out of your money this is the place! I also heard a sales rep tell someone that an oil change would be 50 bucks and when the customer asked why the rep said the computer wouldn't allow him to put cheap oil in the car. The customer said Mobil synthetic oil is cheap? The rep said yes are you even knowledgable or does the computer run the show? #Hire real mechanic

Jamal and his mechanics were very transparent with their findings and advise never felt pressured into any buying anything and keurig coffee while you wait can't beat that.

I was first time here to replace my car battery. A worker was pretty nice instruct me that they have repair garages and front desk, and I have to go to front. The whole process took almost 45 minutes. It was pretty nice experience. The lady in the front was nice answering my silly questions. Hopefully, the car battery can last long time.

The last time we came to pep boys and we get a false diagnosis, they wanted to charge us $1100 to repair, we will never back.

Despite being super busy they looked at my car exactly in 20mins without an appointment as promised and were very quick and thorough! Will be going back if needed!

The workers and mechanics are millennials with little car mechanical experience and poor customer service skills in how they greet, explain, and thank at the customer counter. Bring your car in one day and you will be back a week later with another problem because they touched the engine. Not sure if this is on purpose or lack of experience,

Great place for car maintenance. I have a complicated performance car and i trust these guys to do maintenance like, fluids, tires, brakes etc. If they don't work on your car (after checking for issues) there's no charge. They have solid knowledge about different makes and models and i trust them with my car which has a lot of modifications.

Not even worth a one star! You leave your car for nothing. The work was never done and they don’t apologize for not doing any work. Terrible service and awful employees.

Got an appointment for an oil change and I chose mobil 1 synthetic and later was told they used pennzoil no big deal but 4 months later my engine was making noise I brought it to my mechanic and found out that the oil was never changed. I had to replace my spark plugs cost me a hundreds. DO NOT LET THESE SCAMERS NEAR YOUR CAR!

Not friendly and very expensive, they have 50% sale on the radio on all tires and when I went there they try to suck you in on full prise.

People there are friendly and helpful also they have a mecanic there name keven he is so awesome real, polite and knowledge what his doing.also Jamel is on point thanks guys you the best.

Always get great service here. I like to drop my car off and come back when it's done. Convenient location near the train.

Other locations should take notes from these guys. The manager here went above and beyond to have my car ready for the weekend. Can't thank them enough. Friendly. Understanding. Awesome experience. Thank you again.

Went for Oil Change. They only filled oil. No washer fluid. No radiator fluid. No manual transmission fluid. No nothing. That is standard at other places when you get an oil change. Never again.
