Per Se, New York NY

Per Se is maybe my favorite restaurant in the US. I have never had less than an extraordinary meal here, and always feel welcomed and cared for by its amqzing staff. The food is subtle, flavorful, and refined. The wine and beverage program deep and wide. They do a marvelous job if you are celebrating something. This is not a "cheap date" kind of place, but for a memorable evening out, and sharing in the experience of the finer aspects of our human journey, Per Se delivers.

I always come getting some food in this place it is very tasty and delicious. I love the best service and well cooked food. 100% happy from this place.

It was several years ago. My wife and I entered into this restaurant by accident without knowing it is a 3 star Michelin restaurant. Really enjoyed the service. The chef and his staff were wonderful for a set of delicious and exquisite meals just designed for us.

- we had sand in our scallop, told them, waitress replied it could've been salt, which wasn't very professional.

I just spent one night at the hotel after New Year, everything was perfect and they always go beyond my expectations. It is my home away from home. Thank you for another wonderful stay. The hotel is very well maintained

We hosted a group of 15 clients and they loved it. Relaxed environment with amazing food and no interruptions. Highly recommended for doing something extra.

For me, Per Se will be always linked to the words « rare » and « precious ». Each diner is an amazing moment! It’s one of my favorite restaurant in NY and friends and family with whom I came are also fan!

Strikes me as over-priced relative to other top-notch places but still earns five stars. Food was fantastic, service exceptional.

3 Michelin Stars comes at a price. Great visual presentation. Excellent food. I love the Oyster & Pearls dish.

This is a very sophisticated restaurant, by all measures. Three adjectives describe it best: expensive, delicious, and delightful. The service is top notch, the view is of Columbus Circle/Central Park. The space is open and unconfining. This is a place to take your time in order to fully appreciate the experience. It is well known in New York as one of the best restaurants in the city, and it lives up to its reputation.

Service was great and the food is laid out very nicely, but everything was EXTREMELY salty. To the point where my throat was hurting. The desserts were nice though.

Best dining experience ever! Totally worth the $$$. Service on point and so was food. I'm still thinking about the amazing burst of flavors. Get the tasting menu. Dessert was amazing, kept coming out! Even a to go dessert box. Makes me want to dine at only 3 Michelin stars!

This is my favorite Michelin three stars restaurant in NYC currently. The chicken chest was very juicy, and lamb was very soft. But desserts had amazed my taste bud because I never tried dessert so delicious like those before. Furthe more, the most excellent were chocolates for my after the meal. Finally, I want to say the waiter' service had affected me a lot because they offered a surprise as an extra dish for me, and they were so nice.

Chef Keller's Staff is amazing! Great meal, great service and the view of Columbus Circle is a nice sight to take in while you dine.

Wonderful meal. Plenty of time to sit and enjoy each dish. Each one is delicate and savory. All the desserts were phenomenal as well. It does have a high price tag, but I think it's worth it for a one time experience.

I dined here at the lounge and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The lounge is in a front room adjacent to the main dining room. The pre-fixe menu is a few less courses than are had in the main room, but are from the same menu. I will most definitely return, as the food and service are top caliber. It is fair to say that it is somewhat overpriced, even as good as it is.

The lamb was cooked perfectly.for the price, i expected it could blow me away nut it is all worth it.

Now, that's what I call a restaurant. Wonderful experience. Recommended by a friend of mine and it didn't disappoint.
