Bad job on eyebrow threading and very unsanitary. Did not wipe seat or use hand sanitizer between customers. I do not recommended.

I went to do my eyelashes on a Thursday because I was going away turns out the next day I noticed that my eyelashes were already coming off and I’m like what how? So I go in on Monday because I didn’t have time over the weekend and I explained my situation and they wanted to charge me more just to fix them like they didn’t even look at my eyelashes and they were already charging me. Horrible service

Did my eyebrows there, and they look amazing. I was going to this one location all the way in 28th street and Lexington Ave for waxing because they would do a really good job. I went here today for the first time and they did an amazing job. Place is small and intimate, but made me feel really comfortable. Thank you!
