They have learners practicing on clients. This is the second one of their places I go and the last one removed the upper layer of my armpit waxing. It send me to the dermatologist and PA from the pain and irritation who told me never to go back again. Doing laser hair removal now. Go at your own risk

The 2 women are not friendly.i noticed when people of color come in for service they NEVER greet them, i have gone here for 1 year since i live nearby, but i observed on more than one occasion if a non person of color comes in oh boy they go out of there way to say "hello how are you! " with a SMILE.never have the two women there even greeted me.not even once.just say what do your prefer wax or threading, hey i am giving you business i deserve at least a hello & thank you. (btw i am a person of color). The older woman especially.she's mean.also she cut my upper lip and there was some blood.she did not even say she was sorry.shown me no respect.i refused to tip.i never want to go to this location again! I sense prejudice there.not cool no way.and the service i give it 2 stars one star for each woman.

Rude staff. A month ago she made my eyebrows too thin, like lines, even after I asked to keep them thick. Came back this week to ask to get it shaped a bit and asked to keep it as thick as possible because last time it became too thin and she was very rude to me and gave me a lot of attitude - told me to come back when it's thicker and it isn't thin because of her but because I haven't let it grow. I had asked for just a clean up. I won't be returning

I have been going here for a while and most of the time i have had great service and excellent shaping/clean ups.however this time i had an incredibly rude lady who did not finish doing my brows and when i came back after realizing my brows were half finished, she wouldn’t look at me or speak to me when i requested a clean up.she did the clean up without a word despite me thanking her for fixing them.not even worth a thanks and i shouldn’t even have left a tip.i left the place in tears at the horrible service and threading experience.

I have tried this place a couple of times but the staff is very rude. My eyebrows are looking insanely weird and I usually have full eyebrows and right now it looks super out of shape or they make it too thin. They don’t pay heed to what exactly you want and just do whatever they like. I wish they paid more attention to their paying customers. I am going to stop going to this place. Even if prices are reasonable, it’s not worth losing your eyebrows and its shape for.

I have had my eyebrows, upper lips & chin done here twice already and both times the service was great and price very reasonable compared to other places. Very quick and you get the same results as other places but without more waiting time or without any appointments and with less price. So if you would like to get your brows done without appointments and quickly then this would be the best place

Terrible. Unfriendly, looking miserable. Don’t listen to what you are asking for. Not careful or thorough at all. Awful. Don’t go!

Overall, I would give my experience a 4/5 just because the workers are not the most charismatic however, they work quickly and effectively. Just let them know that you don’t want a super thin eyebrow. If you’re going for the fuller affect and just give them a gentle reminder to not be rough and you should be in good hands.

Brow threading was fine but eyelash tint burned my eyes terribly and did nothing to make them stand out other than red eyes!
