I recently had a visit to [Hair Salon Name] and I'm deeply disappointed by the level of customer service I received. The language barrier made it impossible to communicate effectively, and to make matters worse, they overcharged my card without any explanation or resolution. I strongly discourage others from visiting this salon if they value transparent pricing and good customer service.

I went to get my eyelash extensions and the price originally said $30. When I sat down on the chair, the lady said she had more natural looking lashes that would last up to two weeks for $50. I agreed to it but then she tried to upsell me another lash for $65. She kept on pulling her draw and showing me lashes then she said I should do the best one for $75. I told her I'll stick with the $50 lashes. The lashes came off in 2 days.

My experience at this store was terrible. The worker who did my body waxing didn't respect my privacy, exposing me to other customers. The wax used caused severe burning on my skin, and the worker showed no concern for my well-being. When I complained and requested a refund, the manager cited their no-refund policy, prioritizing it over my health. After a lengthy argument, they only offered me half a refund, which is unacceptable given the harm done to my body. I strongly advise against using this store's services, as their policies seem to take precedence over their customers' safety and satisfaction.

The micro blading service here is awesome. Extremely courteous, professional, painless and price friendly! The service agent I used, her name was Fahinah - she is definitely an asset to the industry.

This place is a scam. They up charge you. They tell you one price then make you pay another. Do NOT go here. I refused a specific service and the lady said “ no i do” after i said i don't want it. I had to pay for something i said no to 7 times. Im disgusted and feel violated.

Horrible Horrible Horrible! I'm a regular customer. After I paid I went to use the restroom. When I came out I was yelled at for not paying. I showed her the statement on my card and she didn't believe me. She made me wait for her boss over 10 minutes. When she was getting ready to process the next payment she realized my payment went through.very disrespectful and unprofessional. Not how you speak to customers because of your faulty machines. Don't recommend
