I would give this place 0 stars if google would let me. First of all, the costumer service wasn’t the greatest, all the workers seem to be young and not really know what they are doing and had an attitude. Second of all, it took them 3 different workers to do my nails and i was there for quite some time. Third of all, i paid ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS for a full set of gel painted nails. No design, no french, no gems, no long length no additional things, NOTHING. It also didn’t make me happy that they didn’t tell me the total until i saw it on the machine screen and my card was already in the machine. And her response is that tip is included. Very upset that i didn’t stick up for myself and deny to pay that much. I do not recommend this place to anyone and i will be coming back to request a reimbursement.

Never even been here at all but wanted to try it out (nails). Whoever answered the phone was so mean. Like, it's not hard to make an appointment for nails (acrylic) for two people. The only info you need to know is my number, first name and the time of the appointment. You don't need to tell me to let my friend call for her appointment even though she will be coming with me too on the same appointment. (obvious).

Service was horrible, i had 3 different people do my nails… i was also sat here for 2 and a half hours for dip powder nails. My friend also got a set of acrylics, no design and payed $135. There was absolutely nothing special about these nails. A complete rip off in my opinion. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else.

I’ve been using perfection beauty for 6 summers now, and they been amazing! Everyone is very polite and have great customer service. They really do great pedicures, facials, waxing and other services. Highly recommend!

This salon is EVERYTHING! Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating! Highly recommended! Fraidy transformed my vision into reality and is spot on to perfection! You will not be disappointed! Each and every one of them is on top of their game and super talented!

I didn't feel as though Mercy was listening to me, or cared one way or another. I was there for a pink & white gel fill (French manicure). She sanded my nails down so far, that they are so thin and bendable. I would never go back or recommend Perfection (it's far from it) to anyone.

5 star service! Pleasant atmosphere and perfect job. Thank you! Will be back!
