Perfection Roofing, Albany NY

Perfection Roofing was great! We ended up needed a new roof right after we purchased our house due to some insurance issues. Luckily they had financing options available! They came out immediately after the building permit was approved and got everything done in one day! Sawyer sent me progress pictures of some plywood that needed to be replaced, and when I had to leave for work they cleaned everything out of the way so I could safely drive my car out of the driveway. Even though they finished in the dark, the yard was basically spotless, it was like they weren't even there. Thank you guys for working in the cold and the dark! Highly recommend!:)

Perfection roofing is truly the perfect name for this company. Everything from the sales end to the workmanship to the leadership from the owner was absolutely perfect! Dealing with Tom could not have been a better experience on the sales end. Sawyer and his crew were absolutely amazing and professional and the owner Paul couldn’t have been a nicer more knowledgeable guy. I 100% recommend them!

During the beginning of the pandemic, I had serious wind damage to my roof. I have solar panels that have to be removed and replaced and required GAF shingles. The entire crew was extremely professional and efficient. I could not have anticipated a better result. The whole process of removing and replacing my roof took less than a full day.

I would recommend this company. They showed up on time, did quality work and provided me with photo updates of what they found during the rip up and of their progress throughout the day. Sawyer was there to answer any questions and couldn't have been more helpful. Great job!

I can’t offer high enough praise and appreciation to Perfection Roofing. I recently purchased a townhouse in Albany that needed a full roof replacement based on the inspection of the home during purchase. Paolo came out immediately, and did a very thorough inspection, including a clear explanation of what was needed, timing, process, and expected costs. This was contrasted from a couple of other local companies who just gave an estimate based on aerial reviews and very limited estimates with terrible communication. Once I booked the job, Paolo and his team were able to squeeze me in earlier than expected, took care of all permit and parking needs and finished the job sooner than expected. I received pictures throughout the process and they could not have been nicer or more professional. Anyone who needs roofing work in the Albany area should not look to to anyone besides Perfection! Fantastic company to do business with. Tom came out for the estimate, he was extremely thorough and accurate. Scheduling was a breeze. Sawyer’s crew showed up ahead of schedule and got right to work. Everyone on site was polite, respectful, and motivated. The crew took extreme care in making sure every aspect of the job was completed, treating my home like their own. Sawyer left no detail out regarding the specifics of the job and was happy to answer any and all questions. Not to mention, the crew went above and beyond cleaning up around the property afterwards. An all around Fantastic job! 100% recommended.

Crew damaged window trim and paint on the house. After 8 months, they have still not corrected the damages. Workmanship was poor. Ridge cap shingles were improperly installed and are coming loose and curling up after 8 months. Nails are popping. Bump on the roof edge because they failed to adhere the plywood to the beam. Owner, Paolo, was in Equador. When he returned, he was defensive and with a machisimo attitude about the problems. Home Evolution, Pinnacle roofing are a better choice, especially if you are a single woman. Steer clear of Perfection roofing!

Perfection Roofing repaired fascia and performed a full roofing inspection. They were professional, skilled, and personable. Scheduling, billing, quality of work, efficiency and communication were all perfect. I was surprised how affordable, efficient, and easy they made everything. Highly recommend.

I was in the middle of home inspections & had to have someone get me a roof quote within 24 hours.

Tom was responsive and assured me that he would take a trip out to the property to get the requested quote. He did just that & even got the report back to me the same day. Top notch customer service & I will definitely go through Perfection Roofing once we close to replace the current roof.

I was also very impressed that they offer 50 year shingles w/workmanship guarantee! I’d recommend this company to anyone & feel comfortable doing so.

A shout out to Perfection Roofing, Tom, and Sawyer. What an amazing job everyone did from start to finish! The clean up that was done was very impressive! Everything was put back in it's place, and there wasn't one nail to be found in the grass. Sawyer was amazing! He texted me throughout the day and sent me pictures and updates. I must say, Sawyer is a true asset to your team. He made this whole process, which can be stressful for a homeowner, much much easier. I'm still amazed at how easy everyone made this process. I had the roof on my house and garage replaced by Perfection Roofing. Their estimate was the best price of the three that I got and when they came a couple weeks later they completed the job in one day. Because there was snow on the ground, they came back multiple times to finish cleaning up the debris, nails, etc. I was very impressed at how well they cleaned everything up. Once the job was done, I received the warranty information within a few weeks as promised. I would definitely recommend them.
