Words cannot begin to describe how amazing my experience was with Personal Touch. I especially want to thank Joe. If it wasn’t for you, my wedding day wouldn’t have run as smoothly as it did. Not only did Joe arrive early at my house, he waited patiently and personally helped me with all of my needs. The limo was immaculately clean and had soda and champagne along with ice readily available to us. Joe’s pleasant personality made the ride so relaxing and enjoyable. He even helped me with my veil in the church and went above and beyond to ensure my day was as stress free as it could be. Thank you so much Joe and Personal Touch. I will be recommending your company to many others!

My bride and I had an excellent experience with Personal Touch. We dealt directly with the owner to create an extensive and complicated itinerary. Together, we simplified the plan which resulted in better value.

There is always going to be some level of stress on such an important day. Despite the challenge, the driver Phil handled everything with grace. I feel he did a great job accommodating to the large group by taking personal requests, demonstrating flexibility, and performing under pressure.

To me, transporting the wedding party everywhere as well as the family that visit from out of town was the most important job of the day. I had no previous business with Personal touch but will 100% work with again.

Hired the company for a wedding. Owner is extremely rude but through a mutual friend/employee of the company I still went with them. Driver we had: Anthony. Moments before I am about to get married, my officiant asks me "whats wrong with your limo driver, hes not letting the bride out of the limo". I had no idea what to say.

Prior to this event, it was requested and agreed upon that the limo driver would make multiple trips to shuttle guests from the hotel to the venue. Anthony was provided with a detailed itinerary with all the details of the trips he would be making throughout the day. From the hotel to the venue, which should of been a 10 minute drive, was a 30 minute drive. While he was driving, it took Anthony 5 minutes just to get out of the parking lot. He kept hitting the curb at least 5 times and backing up constantly to maneuver the limo.

When we finally got to the venue late, I confirmed Anthony would be driving back to the hotel to pick up the remaining guests. Anthony then looked down at the ground and murmured in disappointment.then proceeded to walk inside and take a 15 minute bathroom break while my guests were waiting at the hotel. After his bathroom break, while I was standing in the reception taking wedding photos, Anthony wanted to settle the bill for the limo. The guests ended up Ubering to my reception which defeats the purpose of hiring this company.

The champagne was hot and the ice was in big blocks. I never write reviews but this was beyond unacceptable. Hire the company at your own risk.

I highly recommend Personal Touch if you are looking for a limo or party bus. I booked with Joseph who was really personable and professional and I had Phil who was our driver for my husband's big 50th birthday. Phil was absolutely amazing and such a great guy. Phil met every need we had and exceeded our expectations. Thank you both for making our 50th birthday celebration memorable. You deserve more than 5 stars

Had a great experience with personal touch limo. My daughters wedding was on a Friday in the city and wanted to drive to various locations to take pictures. On a hot busy day filled with traffic, Joe was as cool as a cucumber, got us to where we wanted to go quickly and always stayed nearby to pick us up when we were ready for the next spot. Limo was clean and well stocked and the price was very fair. Great experience on a special day!

Personal touch limousine is the way to go. I booked them for my courthouse wedding and I’m so happy I did. Every step of the way they helped me with making the reservation and the billing. He broke everything down for me as it my first time booking a limo. The day of the wedding ceremony, Joseph arrived early and waited patiently, as of course I was late (bride). Couldn’t have asked for better service. He stayed near by and was courteous and kind throughout the way. Thank you personal touch!

The best limo company out there! Joe was great to work with and gave us an extremely fair price for our wedding day. Joe sent us Phil who was an excellent driver. He arrived to the location a half hour early and helped us load some stuff on to the bus. Phil went out of his way to make sure we had enough water on such a hot day.
