On.july 20 22 my 16 Yeats old cat pass away I call pet heaven they came hours later and sent a guy who didn't know English he was very rude he did not what to enter my home he stary in.the hallway with a big black garbage bag that he trow by cat in this bag in the hallway like it was garbage iwas very sad when he took out a paper and said sing here and put your credit card number on this paper that said 300 it July 28 22 and I text and talk.to Louis many times he rude and asking for another 300 in cash or he will trow my cat out I seen pictures that are bones in a box with the name off the box please don't not go to him.for love ones I very sick over this please help me.

My mother’s dog passed away at home, we were devastated and had no idea what to do. My sister found Pet Haven online. I called them around 7: 00 pm. Louis was so kind and compassionate and arranged to have my mother’s dog picked up within 2 hours. The Driver was also so kind and professional – they both made a very difficult and painful experience easier to deal with. My Oscar died in my arms on the the night of September 19th. I had him for 12.5 years. I was beyond devastated. Pet Haven CAME TO ME the same evening, & respectfully took his remains to be cremated. A little over a week later his remains came back to me in a lovely, simple wooden chest with a golden latch & two keys attached. Everything was done so tastefully, you can tell this business is run by people who love animals & care about their clients. You all made a horrible time so much easier, & gave the most purely loving soul I ever knew the best tribute possible. Thanks so much from both me & Oscar. God bless you all.

I recently lost my cat Zeus and called Pet Haven and they were in incredible. I called them very upset after losing Zeus at home. Luis was great and comforting on the phone and Rob who picked up Zeus was great and so helpful. They keep me in the loop of what was going to happen in regards to private cremation and ashes coming back home. Zeus came home in a beautiful urn and certificate. This was my first pet lost at home and Pet Haven made the experience so much easier.

Pet Haven provided great services. This was my first pet and he was so understanding and informative. His was very helpful and knowledgeable. My beloved Zoey passed away unexpectedly on May 11th. This is my first experience losing a pet family member. I was in complete shock and in disbelief but Pet Haven showed compassion from the very first phone call. Zoey was picked up within a few hours by a young man who was patient and respectful.
Today I received Zoey’s ashes in a beautiful urn with her name engraved.

Thank you for everything. Because of the military I was away from my pet when he died so when I realized you would go get him right away and handle everything it made it easier. He had no problems shipping the remains to me no matter how far I was.

From the first interaction to the very last interaction, the staff at Pet Haven were sincere, helpful and professional. After leaving a late night message on the website, I received a text message stating when it was best to call. The next morning after speaking to Louis, we set a date and time to pick up our cat Satori who passed away unexpectedly at home.

Satori was picked up by Rob, who was patient as he waited outside for my fiancé. Rob answered all the questions my fiancé asked. We paid in full with the option for hand delivery. We were informed that it would take up to 8 to 12 days.

Satori was picked up on Sunday September 19,2021 and was returned home to us on Monday September 27,2021. They were honest and true to their word. Her ashes were placed into a Cedar box urn with a gold plate and her name engraved.

They picked up my Yorkie who had passed away. They were very caring and professional. The price was affordable. They delivered the remains within the time limit promised and the little box it came in was beautiful with my Pelusas name. Thank.you.

They take your money and don’t give you your dog ashes and send you a fake package He is a white person so I’m not surprised on the weird stuff he be doing

Still waiting for my pet's ashes it has been over a month. I've texted and called the number given and no response I asked them to send it to my address he asked me to send him my address via text message I did and my dog's ashes were still sent to an address that was not mine.no one picks up the phone and no one returns any messages.

Also, I requested an autopsy which they “claim” they can do but every time I brought up or text the subject of autopsy they ignore that question as well.

I just want to thank the team for their outmost professionalism and empathy for my dog's loss- they understood the sensitivity of this difficult time. I received my beloved's ashes in a lovely wooden box, a beautiful name plaque and his paw print as well. The owner, Louis was very understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Pet Haven Cemetery & Crematory as they're available at your disposal, and delivery was fulfilled as promised. They included a "Rainbow Bridge" poem which was also very touching so I truly appreciate these little details. Thank you so very much.

Perfect and super fast service. We called at 9 am and at 11 am same the body was already taken. Impressed as fast service is a rare thing in NYC. Also, the prices are more than reasonable.
