Terrible experience. So called “manager” Cassie was too busy talking about other store employees, who all actually seemed to be working. Getting my dog food from chewy from now on.

This store has a great variety of products. I'm a little picky about what kind of food and treats I give my dog and I was able to find several different products that satisfied my criteria. I am very happy to have found this store.

Manager Josh quickly and easily used an alternate supplier to special order the JJ Fud's Porkies that have become difficult to find due to supply shortages. Associate PJ carried the heavy box to my car. I am always treated like a valued customer. Excellent customer care!

3 or 4 new managers in a matter of months and never have stocked shelves or something else is no longer carried! Frustrating and I have to go elsewhere
