First grooming experience and it was a great experience. Petar was fantastic. Missy was very comfortable with him and he was so easy with her and me. Missy had several knots and I thought she would have to get a close shave, but Petar really worked through the knots. Missy looks beautiful. Thank you!
The sales associate who is also a trainer named Cesar provided great customer service. We are new to owning a dog and provided so much information and tips that would help us along the way. Its really hard to find associates who will go above and beyond to help the customer. We are extremely grateful. Will definitely only visit this location going forward. Thank you Cesar.
Today is Saturday 9/25/21. I have been trying to schedule my last 2 sessions with my dog trainer Cory C.for the last 3 weeks. We left messages and he never answer. I got him this morning to let me know that his available time does not match ours with a nasty attitide. I told him I will speak to the manager he said: do so and hung ed up.
Very big store has pretty much everything you need the only problem I have with this place is that lack of employees when I went there was only one person on the register and then after about maybe 10 minutes then someone finally came out and started to help the store is pretty huge and such a huge store I only saw about two people for about 15 minutes and then last 2 minutes a third person showed up very big store for just three employees
Really nice and clean, it has almost everything there for pets and I love the variety of fish and stuff they offer there
I like coming here, the workers are super nice, helpful and pretty knowledgeable when I have questions. Most items are typically in stock, which is great; only on few occasions do they not have what I'm looking for. Something out of their control: that parking lot. Man, if it's busy just be prepared to have to finagle a spot because it's a very awkward lot and not everyone knows how to drive or park.
I've had great times shopping here but the staff needs to pay more attention before their breaks.but it's worth the pet care
Average pet store. Have pretty much everything. Nothing bad to say but nothing good to say either. Just a run of the mill store.
Rafael has a lot of knowledge of what he is selling. I at home have 2dogs, a lizard and a tank full of fish. He knew exactly what we wanted to buy for all our pets. Thank you, Rafa!
Would not recommend this Petco. How are they gonna deny me my own employee discount, when I literally work for the company. It doesn't take a genius to verify if I work there. I've never had this problem anywhere else, so these people really playing. I missed out on a lot of deals because they don't wanna use my ID smh
This is one of the worst petcos I ever been to they take there sweet time doing there job and the store gets really crowded and if you want to call to find out if they have anything in stock they will never pick up the phone
Just had a great experience with the VetCo team here- they saw the kitten I found in the street, gave me the shots he needed and cured his worms. All for less than the other vet I took him to.
The last 3 times I have been at the location there is never anyone around to scoop fish! This time I waited 40 mins for someone to finally come help me and I could tell he had no idea what he was doing. He was trying to scoop me neon tetras and was getting other fish in the net and going in the net with his bare hands to remove them. I had to ask him if he knew what he was doing and if he ever scooped fish before and by the way he was stuttering I knew right away I was about to waste my money and get fish that would end up dying in a day because the way they were being scooped and handled. What makes it even worse is I travel here all the time to get fish and this time I was going to buy a decent amount & now I don’t know if I’ll ever return to this location again my last 3 experiences have been nothing but a waste of time
I took my 13 year old Westie/Chihuahua and me 1 year old Sorkie to Emerald for grooming. She booked me at 8am on a Sunday because she heard the desperation in my voice. My dogs were matted and needed grooming badly. I had such a hard time scheduling a groom because none of the local shops were taking clients. Petco worked with me and my schedule. My dogs were loved and groomed to perfection. I happened to meet other fur parents who rave about their services! Also, people said their dog training is great. I am very happy with this Petco! So clean and lots of happy customers.

Horrible staff. They were simply rushing us, as me and my wife didn’t know much about pets for our kids. We changed our mind in the store from guinea pigs to a reptile. The manager Brianna before even saying hello said “ we need to be out of here by 10 because of this new system”. Didn’t ask what we needed help with or anything. Seems like she had no interest in helping us. Then had the nerve to say “ I shouldn’t be selling you this because you’re buying out of impulse”. Instead of teaching us what we neeeded to know. Over all experience was HORRIBLE. Although the other gentleman who helped us with the guinea pigs was phenomenal. Shout to Chris for explaining everything with patience. At least one of the employees has moral standards.
