I was having a very frustrating ordeal with a lender. Communication was a huge problem for them. My information was then given to Pete Caspari and within minutes he reached out to me and we began the application process for my mortgage. Pete and his team kicked it into overdrive and was getting my application processed and to the underwriter, an appraisal on the house, and the information needed for the mortgage. Pete was in constant contact with me and would send emails and texts if I needed additional information. With in 21 days I was closing on my house. I had been working on getting this mortgage with a previous lender since the beginning of October and was getting nowhere. Pete was given my information the second week of November and by December 1st I had a closing date. Pete and his team are incredible!

This whole process was easy! Pete caspari handled everything for us, I could call or text him anytime with questions and he always responded fast. I’d definitely recommend Pete and use him again.
