Peter has been amazing. He is kind, supportive, patient and informative. His communication has been above and beyond. I had an unusual situation in which I am out of town and he handled everything with grace and professionalism.

From the moment I spoke with Pete and we were discussing the info about my father and what we wanted I felt compelled with him. Every time I had a question he would answer and if he couldn't get back to me because of business he would let me know when he could respond. We had a specific time that we needed and Pete worked with me and my sister. My father's service turned out exactly like how I and my sister envisioned and wanted.
Clearly you don't want to have to recommend such a service but death is a part of life and I will fully recommend Pete and his business.

The experience, as unfortunate as it was, was done thoughtfully. Price was affordable, and the fact that Peter himself drove to my home to bring me my loved ones' ashes was so convenient and kind. This is the third time we have used their services, and it's always been a good experience.

If I could give him 100 stars I would. I called several funeral homes but a social worker told me to call him as well. When I called, from the moment he started to explain the process I knew I would use him. I found him not only very professional but calm, empathetic, and thorough. He has followed up with me in a timely manner and gave me the best possible price. Thank you Peter for helping through this difficult time.

So I’m writing this review to let everyone know that from day one when you first speak to Peter he gives you a sense of ease knowing that he’s going to take good care of your love one, he did a great job with communicating with meeting you halfway wherever that might be to help you and ease the process of losing your loved one. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for good care after you lose a loved one to reach out to him, as prices are affordable. I know that you can put your trust in him knowing that he will take care and do what he says that he would do for you and the loved one who’s passed away. Just wanna say thank you very much and I highly recommend this funeral home.

I would give Peter six stars, however I can only give five stars. From our first conversation I knew I would be doing business with him. His professionalism, thoroughness, and attention to detail made a difficult thing to do extremely easy. He explained everything, so I knew exactly what will happen. I showed up, reviewed and signed documents, paid the money, and he did the rest. He even drove me to the train station to get back home where I had a chance to talk to him. He gave me words of encouragement which put my mind at ease knowing for sure I gave my love one a dignified burial. He's a hard-working and humble man! Thanks again Peter for helping me take a huge weight off my shoulders! Definitely choose Peter for your burial and cremation needs!

I can’t say enough good things about Dohanich Funeral home. During my time of grieving, Peter, made setting up all of the arrangements extremely easy. I literally answered a few questions, signed some papers, paid for my service and he handled the rest. Peter was so respectful of the process and handling my father’s wishes. With every phone conversation I was greeted with such professionalism and humility, he was even able to make me laugh. I would HIGHLY recommend using Peter for any of your funeral, cremation, and burial needs.

If you are looking for someone who will be sympathetic and understanding of your difficult time, DO NOT use Peter's funeral service. The initial phone call went well, but when it came time to deliver the urn, he was rude and insensitive because the building he delivered to did not have a working elevator. If he is unable to carry out responsibilities of job, like delivering urns, then it's probably time to retire.

Peter Dohanich Funeral Service has those very important character traits you need in a person and in a funeral home during these very emotional times. My father passed at the height of the pandemic in April 2020, and after sitting for 3 days trying to find a funeral home, crying because I couldn't get my father to his final peace, pulled myself together and made one final call.to Peter, we chatted, for a bit, it was the most human I'd felt in a few days, such relief that I felt total confidence in choosing the Peter P. Donanich Funeral Service. The respect was immediate, the caring, emotional support and very fair pricing, was also there from day one, and my father moved through his final resting place without any worries for me and his family. They maintained their humanity during a very extraordinary and challenging time, the peak of the pandemic, and I would 100% recommend them for your funeral needs.

Peter is a God send, especially in these times, I wish I would have known about and him sooner. He is super efficient, sweet, kind, thoughtful and professional. Peter made me feel relieved from our 1st conversation on the phone. He walked me through everything and keep me posted throughout this whole ordeal. He came to me paperwork well written out and understandably explained to me. Most funeral people are as cold as our loved ones but not Peter. He helped me not feel sad, and he also handled my Uncle with care. In these unforeseen times, Peter is definitely anyone's guy. Everyone in need should call this Man of God! Wonderful service and highly recommended. A very caring company and provides the best treatment for much lower pricing than other funeral homes. I see three people in here that the owner hasn’t spoken to but logged on incognito as Struck, Vera, and Francisco with one star to hurt a business when they never spoke to the owner that’s known by the names. Oddly two posted on the same day and time. One admits they never spoke to the owner I know this company well and it’s excellent.

My father died March 26,2021, I made a call and Peter himself came and handled everything. He went above and beyond. I was going through a lot that day and he made it a little easier. He was respectful and very understanding. I appreciate everything he did for me and my father. Thank you Peter for supporting me in my time of sorrow.

Worst human being ever. He is the most rude individual I have ever encountered. He speaks to you like trash and throws a tantrum for any little thing. Despite knowing you lost a loved one he still manages to be the most unprofessional person ever.

Worse than trash. I cannot begin to describe how much of a low life person he is to yell at you and speak to you like you’re someone off the streets while you go through a difficult time in life. I would not recommend this persons services ever.
