1I see Dr. Lukoschek every year for my physical and I think she's a fairly good internist. I like that she asks all the pertinent questions: diet, exercise and that "she" calls promptly with the results. Naturally after my last visit I waited for her call, which never came. I called after two weeks and after multiple calls, an admin staff called me to say that everything was fine. He said something about hemoglobin, and I asked him to remind me what hemoglobin refers to; I had to ask him 3 times before he said that refers to red blood cells (probably was looking it up on google) and he couldn't tell whether I tested positive for Covid antibody test. I called a second time and the receptionist said he'll ask her to call but didn't even verify my name. When I asked him, he said they'll pull it up with my phone number; and of course I never got a call back. The call usually takes less than 2 minutes; even she were the busiest Doctor in the world, she should be able to spare 3mns to call a patient. Very disappointed in Langone.
